Love the location..the staff very helpful, we req to upgrade from standard to deluxe room as the std room so small

Cons:

The cleanliness not so good. At 1st I booked standard room, the small pillowcase so smelly, and the room was not properly cleaned before we checked in.

Okay place. But it should be better
Pros:

I like the checkin process was easy. Bed was comfy. Hot shower is available. Mineral water were available in the room too.

Cons:

No extra pillow. No toiletries like complimentary toothbrushes. Room was pretty small. Alkhatiri coffee is not open up til 12noon. How inconvenient. Arrived late due to long drive. But my door were knocked several times and in the morning my door had attempts to open from idk who. It was very disturbing

Room not clean, bathroom is super dirty. Requested for a change, the new one has alot of insects (ulat habuk) on the ceiling, saw few on the bed as well. Since late check in, no choice but to stay.
