I hate cockroaches. The room is beautiful but the cleanliness was very poor

Definitely not worth the price, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing stay
Pros:

The place was cleaned everyday. The wifi was fast. I cheched in late and the host accomodated giving me the key at aroud midnight; I appreciated that.

Cons:

The place was infested with drain flies, and the couch was extremely uncomfortable, with a cigarette hole in the upholstery and the couch frame that poking everytim you sat dow. The L-portion of the couch had caved in, making it uncomfortable to use. The overall cleanliness was questionable, and the toilet had a odor that came and went.

It was a nice place to stay but I was promised a view of Table Mountain which I didn’t get

It was clean.

Cons:

There was a scent in the property that was a bit off-putting. Please add fragrance diffusers in the room. Linen spray on the sheets.

Spacious apparment
Pros:

Beautiful apartment, lots of space. Secure parking and easy access.

Cons:

Although the apartment was clean and serviced daily, the shower had mould, which is not nice for allergies. The kitchen can use some more utensils.

Disappointed with the Urban Artisan
Pros:

The design of the apartment

Cons:

The apartment needs maintenance and better cleaning. The mattresses were not in a good condition and the showers had mould. Bedding and towels is changed every third day only and cleaning is done very shabily. The manager called me after we checked out looking for a pillow.

Pros:

The team was amazing from Lucinda to our assigned guest relations officer, Mr. Edson who were hands on at our need until the very end.

The view was to die for at the 7floor view of both the Table Mountain and the Harbour, which was so picturesque!

I would definitely sleep here again value for money.
