Bloodstain stains on mattress cover

There was blood stains all over my mattress cover, that was the spoiler. Nothing you can do to change my mind.

Prices around the area are literally through the roof.Reading the reviews around the area,it’s a jungle out there.

If I had been told that I had to be at the hotel to facilitate check-in, I could have gone earlier

We did not eat breakfast there.

Cons:

When I booked the room, I explained that I was booking it for someone else. I asked if they would be able to check in without me and was told that they could. However, when they arrived, the clerk informed them that I had to be there for them to check in. I had to travel to the hotel because they were relegated to sitting in the lobby. I had to leave my program and did not perform my assigned duties due to this. When I arrived at the hotel, the clerk was very rude and argumentative! I asked for the manager, but he refused to call a manager. This was very disappointing because our event is only held annually.

Will most likely not visit this hotel again.
Pros:

The place was decent.

Cons:

The amenities were horrible. No microwave and the the bed was uncomfortable and needed more pillows. Parking was horrible to find.
