Very dengerous people both employees & Management

I just forgot to bring my Airbud, when I contacted the staff they said that the Airbud with them. They asked me to pay Rs. 550 for courier charges & I paid, after that they not pick up my call nor courier the Airbud. If I call from other number, they disconnected when they understand that I called them.

The location was very good, near to Airport, within 40 minutes taxi ride. Suit our purpose of taking early morning domestic flight. Breakfast was excellent

Don't be fooled by the pics. Not recommended for the price.
Pros:

The only good thing was the nearby location to public transport and the city center.

Cons:

There is no system of room cleaning service every day. The bedsheets and blanket covers were likely from the previous stay. The bathroom was not in a clean state. The photographs of rooms on booking.com don’t match the actual stay. There is only a display of AC which was included in our booking but they won’t allow using it. Even the complimentary breakfast was a small portion that was arranged from an outside stall. The prices are higher considering these unfavorable stay conditions.

Personel was nice

Cons:

Paranghanj neighborhood is the worst experience, noisy, smelly, full of scams.
This hotel does not look like the pictures, it is very neglected. Dirty bathroom with rotten doors, no ventilation, small room, no noise insulation so people wake you up multiple times a night. There was AC in the room but the personel would cut it during the night, maybe to save electricity cost, making you wake up in horrible heat. There was hot water but each time you had to ask at the reception 3 floor downstairs and the telephone did not work after 1 night...
To top all this up, personel nicely indicated us to a scam as we were looking for car rental, there is a famous scam in town that everyone wants you to go to a tourist office because they have cheap prices. Scam !
