Cons:

Расположение отеля не очень удачное. При этом сам отель не стоит своих денег. Комнаты маленькие, стены из картона. Слышимость очень сильная. Персонал абсолютно безразличен к гостям. Завтрак отвратительный. Комната при заселении была плохо убрана. Везде лежали волосы. В Санузле пахнет канализацией. И самое важное бронь невозможно отменить. Изначально не сразу это понял при бронировании. Потом было уже поздно.

Pleasant stay
Pros:

Big rooms, comfortable big bed, room has all your need, elevator, Taxi is very cheap, so location was not so important. Quiet street. 2 restaurants on a ground floor.

Cons:

No view from windows. Narrow doors in a shower cabin. Breakfast is quite good but there is only instant coffee included, and you have to pay 5000 UZS for the brewed coffee- surely can be included for the number of stars they claim. And one more thing: ASK RECEPTION ON CHECK-OUT IF YOU STAY HAS BEEN PAID: I believed that Booking.com charged me for it, as usual. So we left the hotel to the airport via the car organized by the hotel, But on a way to the airport we got a call saying that we didn't pay for our stay! And we had to come back to the hotel to make a VISA payment. Fortunately, it was 5am, so it was no traffic. But it was a bit stressful. So, just check it.

Great service. Great new hotel apartment style. Service exceptional. People friendly and helpful. Great breakfast. Clean. Great value for the stay. Has everything you need!!!

Pros:

Новый отель, все современно, чисто, аккуратно, все удобно. Номера большие, высокие потолки, в комнате можно даже приготовить еду, есть кухонные принадлежности . Все новое. Завтрак вкусный.

some not good conditon but acceptable
Pros:

The reception are showing kindness and are friendly

Cons:

Not provide toothbrush，slipper. The air-conditioner condenser is just on the outside wall making loud noise that I can't sleep.

There is a one-way shuttle to the airport for free on the booking but actually no. I have to pay for booking a taxi.

Disappointing
Pros:

Brown colour towels and textile, you can not be sure if they are clean or not .mattress was like a nightmare. Was not a comfortable stay :(

Excellent Stay – Highly Recommended!
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, ensuring everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with all necessary amenities.

The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options.
