Super lieve mensen! De kamer was schoon en bedden heerlijk. Ook klamboes. Veel opslagplaats. Goede prijs kwaliteitsverhouding :-)
De badkamer was wat minder. Geen warm water en een lamp die niet uit kan. Het raam kon niet goed sluiten dus al snel muggen daar. Horgaas voor het raam zou super geweest zijn.

I liked the room. room was clean and fan was perfect!making the house fresh! I liked the breakfast the 2nd and 3rd day- as it was very a proper Sri Lankan experience - hoppers and coconut pancakes.
breakfast first day I didn't like. it was average (and boring) American pancakes with chocolate and very few pieces of fruit. also is bad tea and coffees arrive a lot later than food.

The peaceful atmosphere was perfect and we specially enjoyed being so close to the very beautiful beaches in down south ,it really added to the experience in blue beach and Hiriketiya.

Shashi and her husband were very kind and welcoming. Very clean and peaceful house with a beautiful garden surrounded by the jungle, 10 min walk from the beach. Homemade breakfast served every day. Comfy room with good internet. Their little dog Holy is adorable!
It's a lovely family and a nice home. Everything is clean. The family gave us a warm welcome. We stayed in a small room, but it's absolutely fine. Because you can relaxe in the garden. It's perfect reachable via bike. But we also walked the way from hiriketiya.
One of our favourite stays. This was a last minute booking so booked a room with no ac and with shared toilet which is fine, clean bathroom and it did eventually get cooler in the night. Owned by gorgeous couple and their little puppy we felt really cared for and looked after. Clean comfortable :)
Absolutely loved this place. Very friendly couple and their little puppy Oli. They made us a fresh breakfast each morning - papaya, banana, pancakes, roti, tea, coffee… The homestay was very peaceful and chilled, but other travellers were also very friendly. The walk to Hiriketiya beach was around 15 minutes, so nicely set back in nature (gorg walk to the beach), but also very convenient. You could get to restaurants within 5 mins. There were sunloungers outside which was great to relax. Also lines outside to dry clothes. Would definitely come back if I were in the area, and would recommend.
