A fuir surtout si les hôtes d’accueil sont des types malhonnêtes et arnaqueurs

Y’a 3 mecs dans l’accueil, fazil( un bon), Ali et l’autre sont des voleurs et arnaqueurs, racistes, nous avons réservé une chambre jacuzzi, en arrivant ils me disent qu’elle est pas disponible, ils me proposent d’aller dans un autre hôtel(royal Suit hotel situé dans une rue où y’a un marché donc réveil à 6h du matin) j’accepte gentiment même si l’emplacement de l’hôtel n’était pas bien, je ne voulais pas faire chier le monde, quand on est arrivé dans l’autre hôtel ni jacuzzi qui fonctionne ni eau chaude, on a du se battre avec eux pour avoir l’eau chaude après 48h dans une chambre standard, ils ont gâché nos vacances, j’ai contacté booking j’attends le retour, et quand j’ai demandé le remboursement à l’hôtel ils m’ont évité tous les jours comme des lâches... des types comme eux font fuir les touristes d’un très beau pays. Il faut que l’office de tourisme turc se mobiliser pour ces types.

It was a clean place, the reception staff were very attentive, the rooms were clean, and most importantly for us, it was in a very good location, right at the common point of most of the areas we would visit. It was a very good place for this price.

Cons:

Breakfast hours could be more flexible, we had to wait a bit while checking in, it was very busy.

It was a very clean place, we were really satisfied. Ali, one of the employees, was very attentive. The rooms were clean and most importantly, it was very close to everywhere I could visit.
