우연히 전부 여성분들만 숙박하게 되어서 공용공간에서도 조금 편하게 지낼 수 있었습니다. 직접 세탁과 건조기 사용으로 바로바로 새 옷으로 입을 수 있어서 좋았습니다.
아무래도 청결이 아쉬웠습니다. 싱크대나 화장실 하수구 쪽에서는 냄새가 많이 났습니다. 화장실은 환기 창문은 있지만 맞은편 건물 주차장과 집에서 보일까 불투명 유리로 가리고 샤워를 해야했습니다. 환풍기가 없어서 냄새와 습기가 바로 빠지지 않아 샤워하는데 어려움이 있었습니다. 거실 쪽 에어컨과 방 에어컨이 청소가 되어 있지 않은 것 같아 선풍기만 틀고 지냈습니다. 이불도 두꺼운 편이고 시트도 시원한 재질이 아니라 개인적으로는 뒤척이는 시간이 있었습니다. 다만 에어컨 청소가 되어있었다면 쾌적하게 지냈을 것 같습니다.
그리고 다른 방은 살펴보지 않았지만 제가 지냈던 방은 천장과 벽 부분이 누수가 있었는지 모르겠지만 벽지가 물에 젖었다 마른 느낌이 너무 잘 보였습니다. 물 얼룩도 있었고 몰딩 시트지도 대부분 떨어졌더군요. 전체 도배가 필요해보였습니다. 그리고 조명이 좀 선명한 느낌이 덜 했습니다.
+ 정수기 필터 교체는 주기에 맞춰서 해주셨는지요. 2023년 이후로 관리 기록이 없어 쿠팡에서 물을 주문해 먹었습니다..
We came to the property at around 3:45pm. Host gave us the access details and we were able to enter the house but the room and the house in general was not yet cleaned. We had to wait until before 6pm for the cleaning lady to have everything in order. Take note the check in time was 4pm. The cleaning lady was very decent (a local) though cleaning was done late but she was very nice and was able to clean adequately.
On our second night of stay, a Canadian lady banged on the main door despite the time being 12 midnight. We came from a whole day of touring and needed to leave early the next day for Busan. This lady was making a fuss about her reservation and was really keeping everybody up but we did not complain. Early 4:30am as we were preparing for our trip to Busan, she complained about not being able to sleep because of the noise we were making in the common area despite of doing the same thing to us earlier in the night. The host even called us out about this, but we didn't complain to him how this lady kept us up the whole night before. Talk about discrimination.
I liked the neighborhood, not touristy and calm
I was left outside on arrival, late at night, after 35hours of travel, with no information shared upon arrival even though I had emailed them many times. I had to keep knocking on the property’s door until another guest opened for me… the owner then did not even take responsibility on that. Later the same night, some other guests started cooking, chopping veggies and washing dishes at 4am for a good hour… I was not able to sleep of rest, the owner again did not take responsibility and blamed me for being a bad guest.

들어가자마자 침구에서 곰팡이냄새에 그냥 나옴 첫문구에 환불절대불가라는 문구를 보고 걸렀어야함
Calm environment
J’ai beaucoup aimé que ce soit proche de tout, le métro a 7 min, supérette et ligne de bus à 2 min, et le personnel est super ! C’est très convivial et l’espace commun est génial ! Tout est fourni !
Alors c’est pas vraiment un point rédhibitoire mais la salle de bain commune n’a pas de verrous, ce qui me gênais un peu, mais sinon tout était super !
The apartment is warm, cozy, clean and simply atmospheric. there is a small kitchen with all the accessories, a refrigerator and a microwave. we were with one-year-old children and there was enough space for them to run and play.
A bit uncomfortable mattress, you feel the springs. but I think the other beds had proper mattresses. and I'd recommend replacing the shower head holder because it falls apart from old age.
住宿位置離市中心有段距離,但是非常方便.離地鐵很近,附近有超商便利商店olive young跟便利商店,住宿有廚房跟洗衣機.超級方便的.
隔音有一點不好.住宿在二樓,第一天到搬行李有點難搬.

There was a desk in my room and I liked it for using my laptop.
