Très très bien, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés
Pros:

J’ai beaucoup aimé que ce soit proche de tout, le métro a 7 min, supérette et ligne de bus à 2 min, et le personnel est super ! C’est très convivial et l’espace commun est génial ! Tout est fourni !

Cons:

Alors c’est pas vraiment un point rédhibitoire mais la salle de bain commune n’a pas de verrous, ce qui me gênais un peu, mais sinon tout était super !

Pros:

The apartment is warm, cozy, clean and simply atmospheric. there is a small kitchen with all the accessories, a refrigerator and a microwave. we were with one-year-old children and there was enough space for them to run and play.

Cons:

A bit uncomfortable mattress, you feel the springs. but I think the other beds had proper mattresses. and I'd recommend replacing the shower head holder because it falls apart from old age.

住宿位置離市中心有段距離,但是非常方便.離地鐵很近,附近有超商便利商店olive young跟便利商店,住宿有廚房跟洗衣機.超級方便的.

Cons:

隔音有一點不好.住宿在二樓,第一天到搬行李有點難搬.

Everything is well-equipped. Especially washing machine and dryer are free to use.
There was a desk in my room and I liked it for using my laptop.
It was a small room but pretty good for a single person.

Enjoyable stay in a great location near lots of great food places and street food
Pros:

Very nice lounge and kitchen area, great facilities for doing laundry and the other people staying were really nice too.

Cons:

Getting up and down the stairs with heavy luggage was a bit difficult but once we got in, it was pleasant

Confortable and close to stations !
Pros:

Nice bedroom for 1 person with every accommodations needed (water purifier, fan in the room, towels, slippers, washing and drier, etc.)
The bathroom is cleaned each time someone is living. It was very clean with the other people I was sharing the house. The living room is really nice and have a AC.
The ladies were adorable and allowed me to store my luggage in the living room after check-out as well as finishing washing my clothes !
It is also close to two subway stations deserved by two lines (3 and 6). I recommend to get out at Yeonsinnae instead of Bulgwang because there is a gentle-mid hill and it is quite difficult with luggage !

Cons:

The mattress was quite hard and you can feel the springs. Difficult to sleep well but after walking all day around it is okay.

Cute, Cozy and Clean
Pros:

Overall this was a great stay. If youre comfortable with public transportation theres a train/metro stop about a 8-10 minute walk away and you can easily get anywhere.

Cons:

Dont underestimate the South Korean summers. We booked the room without AC and it was unbearably hot the first night but the owner was amazing and offered us a fan for the rest of our stay which made all the difference. If you tend to run hot definitely book one of the AC rooms available.

Clean and comfortable place close to a metro station
Pros:

The place is really comfortable and clean, the room was small but very cute and I liked being there. The place is located very close to a metro station with 2 lines, very convenient. (The picture is from the day of checkout)
Also a protip: there is no AC in the room, however there are two types of great curtains. If you keep them closed with half-opened window, even during the hot day, the room will be chill :)

Cons:

I think it was perfect in my case. If you like what you see in pictures, you will like the property itself.
