Pathetic and highly disappointing

There was nothing to be liked in this hotel

Pros:

The stay was lovely, I loved the breakfast which was included. The place was clean and very close to my destination. Enjoyed the stay.

There were only limited options for the breakfast, I think they need to add more options.

Pros:

Staff was supportive and quick to respond

Cons:

Room was in a appalling condition - i had to change 2 rooms and still had issues - e.g. toilet hand shower broken, tv not working, crawling insect in the bed etc etc. Biggest issue was Wifi was not working in most rooms.
