Pros:

Spacious & tidy!

Cons:

The smell of the toilet upstairs was very stinky & very unpleasant. We chilled at the hall most of the time.

Cons:

Before our stay, the suite already smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, which made the room unpleasant upon arrival. The bathroom was also missing basic amenities such as toilet paper and shampoo.

In addition, I accidentally left a pair of pants in the unit after checking out. I contacted the staff about it, but unfortunately, I have not received any response to this day.

Overall, the lack of cleanliness, missing amenities, and poor customer service after check-out made this a disappointing experience. I hope the management improves both the maintenance of the property and their communication with guests.

Before checking in, we were required to pay a RM100 security deposit for potential damages. Unfortunately, I still have not received my refund. I have provided my bank details multiple times as requested by the staff, but no action has been taken. It feels like they keep giving excuses and making the refund process unnecessarily difficult. This has been very disappointing, and I hope they improve their refund process for future guests.
