The property was in the right location where we wanted to be near shops and restaurants
I had no physical contact with the representative of the property or the owner. There were many things wrong with the place which I pointed out to them and nothing was done. no cups no spoons no drinking glasses of any kind three spoons and only three knives and odd plates, no bowls. One of the chairs was broken and there was a stand-up lamp that was on the balcony which I assume wasn’t working. I couldn’t get this television working only contact was through WhatsApp which wasn’t satisfactory. when I look at the pictures on the website it was nothing like what we saw.
The property smelled of ciggerates when i entered, no towels, no body wash and other amenities, kitchen didnt have microwave, ac remote was not working properly,
Just because we were busy, we extended the apartment and literally adjusted. But a very poor experience

This homestay has been stayed at twice, and both experiences were very poor. It was dirty, had a bad smell, the lighting was very dim, and the hot water was inconsistent
It was neat and clean. The support staff was very nice. The electric kettle was not working and the support staff promptly changed the kettle.
