Very disappointing stay
Cons:

As soon as I entered the house, there was a very strong cigarette smell. I contacted customer service to complain, and they said they had no other rooms available. They promised to issue a refund within one week.

However, after one week, I did not receive any update or contact from them. I had to follow up myself. Even after another 10 days, there was still no response and no refund.

Cons:

Poor communication among their staff. I comply all requirements in the morning. When I reach there their staff don't have the confirmation. I got to run here and there and need to show all transection which I already sent in the morning.

沐浴的华沙的接水管坏的，华沙根本出不了几滴水
厕所的手持式坐浴盆喷头的水管坏的
阳台的门坏的
电视频道 youtube netflix 什么都开不了，勉强Hdmi连上手机，时不时屏幕大部分屏幕的部分颜色跑调
窗户开关断了，根本关不上
整间房一股臭味，待了5天连垃圾清理一次都没来过

最离谱的还要另付押金100都算了，还要14天以上来退款

Cons:

感觉不是要改进，你们平台也不应该让像这样的房子出去，
否则明明错误的概念但是竟然可以拿来赚钱，他干脆就直接拿来赚了，而且根本没有考虑过住在里面的人的感受，我住了好几天沐浴露，沐浴露液都

The location

Cons:

1) lightings are dim and somw bulbs are not working. It's so dim that it is no longer feeling cozy but a bit feeling haunted.

2) The toilet on the upper floor emits foul floor trap smell that it is so uncomfortable and I felt like sleeping in a rubbish collection centre.

3) there was only 1 card and 1 key given. For a room to accommodate 4, 1 card/1 key restricted our movements.

4) at 2.30am one morning, there was a loud pounding sound in the unit. I tried to convince myself that someone living above is cooking hence the sound. But it was at 2.30am!

5) The WiFi didnt work. I have to use my own data hot-spot to watch YouTube on the TV instead.

The location was convenient, though unfortunately the overall experience didn't live up to our previous stay at this property.

Cons:

Several cleanliness issues significantly impacted our stay. There was a persistent sewage smell throughout the property. The cups provided were permanently stained and didn't feel clean even after washing, so we ended up purchasing our own. The towels felt unclean and needed replacement. They smell clean but don't look fresh. But we also ended up buying our own because the towels provided left an icky feeling on the skin. This was quite disappointing compared to our last stay here which had been much better.

Cons:

TV cannot connect to WiFi because unable to enter password with digits number. Reported to PIC, but she said due to no TV box. Seem irrelevant. Also message to Dreamscape but won't reply to me or fix about the TV. Disappointed.

The sofa bed is not a bed, it is sofa and unable to open it as bed. Very difficult for 4th person sleep there.
