Nous avons compris que c était une cheffe qui surveillait les employés et qui faisait vraiment savoir qu’ elle était la cheffe…
J étais vraiment peiné pour le personnel qui était bien veillant.
C était le seul bémol de notre séjour .
het ontbijt was altijd een ontdekking. Zeer lekker gegeten en genoeg om het te trekken tot het avondmaal. Het hotel is ideaal gelegen dichtbij de winkels en andere bezienswaardigheden.
Het avondmaal viel niet altijd in de smaak maar er was toch genoeg variatie om toch genoeg te hebben gegeten.
Wij vonden het wel jammer dat er geen koffie of thee kon gemaakt worden op de kamer.

O pequeno-almoço era razoável, o quarto estava limpo e a cama era confortável.
Foi feita a reserva com o pedido de cama extra para o nosso filho, confirmado pelo alojamento. À chegada ao hotel e ao quarto, a cama não estava feita nem havia roupa para fazê-la. Contactámos a receção, foram enviados ao quarto dois funcionários do restaurante, que abriram o sofá-cama e que se apoderaram de um saco transparente onde estavam um fio e dois pares de brincos, uns deles em ouro, da minha esposa (objetos que estavam no interior da mala, aberta no chão do quarto). Contactada a receção, foi marcada reunião com a assistente da Diretora do hotel, Ana Rita, a qual transmitiu à minha mulher que tanto acreditava nela como nos funcionários e que já os havia confrontado, tendo os mesmos negado o furto. A minha mulher explicou que apenas podiam ter sido aqueles dois funcionários os autores da subtração, dado que as peças haviam sido transportadas entre a nossa residência - sem paragens nem perdas de posse da mala - e o quarto do hotel, mais ninguém ali tendo estado senão aquelas duas pessoas em concreto. A dita assistente disse que nada mais iria fazer e sugeriu a apresentação de queixa na Polícia. Considerando tratar-se de um hotel de 4 estrelas, pensamos que se impunha uma atitude muito mais proativa da direção, no sentido de instar os funcionários a devolver os pertences, ao invés de remeter o assunto apenas para a apresentação de queixa na Polícia, o que, em nosso entender, inviabilizou por completo a recuperação dos bens. Tivemos um prejuízo de 1820,00€ (só atendendo aos danos materiais). Para culminar, quando fizemos o check out, a dita senhora assistente da direção estava no lobby, viu-nos chegar, voltou-se de costas e não nos dirigiu a palavra. Após o check out, fizemos pesquisa no motor da Google e verificámos existirem queixas de vários clientes, denunciando ocorrências de furtos por funcionários em diversos hotéis do grupo Vila Galé, queixas essas nas quais aqueles manifestavam a sua revolta pela total falha de assistência e empatia por parte do hotel.
