We had a wonderful stay at this homestay with our 2-year-old child. The property was clean, comfortable, and located in a peaceful setting. What truly made our experience special was the exceptional hospitality. The manager and owner were incredibly polite, caring, and always willing to help.

Traveling with a young child can be challenging, but they made us feel completely at home. They even gave us access to the kitchen whenever we needed to boil milk or prepare something for our little one, which was greatly appreciated.

Their kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care for guests made our stay memorable. We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Highly recommended for families, especially those traveling with young children!

I had a wonderful stay at Niyati Homestay, and what truly made the experience special was the host.

From the moment we arrived, his warmth and hospitality stood out. He is an incredibly kind and thoughtful person, always welcoming us with a smile and genuinely invested in making our stay as comfortable as possible. It didn’t feel like a commercial setup—it felt like being hosted by someone who truly cares.

One thing that really impressed me was how he went out of his way to arrange a plug point for charging my EV. That level of consideration is rare. Even when I repeatedly offered to pay for the electricity used, he politely refused and insisted on charging only the room rent. That gesture speaks volumes about his character.

His attentiveness, positive attitude, and willingness to help made our stay not just comfortable, but memorable.

If you’re looking for a place in Gokarna where hospitality comes from the heart, this is it. Highly recommended.

A simple breakfast option could make the experience even better, though it wasn’t really a drawback.
The open kitchen was a great touch—we enjoyed making some quick Maggi and then heading out to explore local breakfast spots.

Pros:

Niyati stays was beautiful, very clean, and extremely well maintained. The staff were kind and welcoming, and the hospitality truly impressed us. All facilities—from the kitchen to the bathroom—were excellent. Even after checkout, they kindly offered us a place to rest. We were genuinely very happy with the experience. 😊
