breakfast was good, but is made up on request, was not buffet style. So if you are in a rush can be problematic.

It was not fully ready when I arrived (it was missing air con remote) and toilet paper was not in the allocated place.
Staff were friendly and tried their best. Location was nice. Meals were of generally good quality.
There was a point when the facility lost electric power. There was no back up, meaning no power, no wifi for several hours. After several hours, the staff moved me to a different room.
Also, the shower facilities were difficult to operate - moving the temperature dial to get hot water was very difficult. Also, at some point, the vertical shower head came loose, forcing me to use the hand held shower head.
I commend the welcoming atmosphere and the highly professional service provided.
Very nice breakfast and the resto was nice too. Maybe a bit pricy but well cooked and a nice atmosphere. Super nice staff, nice view over one of Kigali's valley, nice walks along some small village like roads below the hotel leading to nice restos 10 - 15 min away on foot.
Lighting in the room was not perfect, too dim when you have old easy that need light. There were an extra lamp on the table and one floor lamp. The floor lamp had a really sketchy switch that didn't seem very safe so I avoided using it. The safe was broken, the hotel kindly offered to move me to another room.
