Best stay yet.
Pros:

The location was perfect. It was in a very quiet neighborhood. The breakfast was delicious. The staff are super friendly and kind.

Cons:

Well the WIFI was a bit slow sometimes but after asking I was told they were having connectivity issues.

Good stay, friendly staff, good location - close by the KCC. We walked from Hotel to KCC and back.
Pros:

breakfast was good, but is made up on request, was not buffet style. So if you are in a rush can be problematic.
Fruit and juices were very good.
Bed was good.
Shower was somewhat small, but water was good (pressure and temperature).
Iron available in the room.
Ground floor room, no stairs in inside hotel to get to the room, just the outdoor ones from parking to reception.

Cons:

room was generally clean, but could be better.
It was not fully ready when I arrived (it was missing air con remote) and toilet paper was not in the allocated place.

Friendly service but facilities and amenities disappointed.
Pros:

Staff were friendly and tried their best. Location was nice. Meals were of generally good quality.

Cons:

There was a point when the facility lost electric power. There was no back up, meaning no power, no wifi for several hours. After several hours, the staff moved me to a different room.

Also, the shower facilities were difficult to operate - moving the temperature dial to get hot water was very difficult. Also, at some point, the vertical shower head came loose, forcing me to use the hand held shower head.
