Turin est très chouette.
Pros:

Personnel sympathique et à l'écoute, multilingue. Bon petit-déjeuner. Chambre confortable. Flexibilité de l'heure d'arrivée.

Cons:

Le prix de la piscine en supplément (40€/personne pour 90') alors qu'il n'était pas mentionné sur Booking lors de la sélection de l'hôtel.
Le bar : actuellement pas de carte de cocktails mais un long drink normal était au prix d'un cocktail, soit 16€. Barman peu inspiré pour nous conseiller, aucune proposition.

Very close to the centre; comfortable bed; breakfast with a lot of options

Cons:

My bedroom was facing a glass wall and there was a constant noise from some kind of machines..
It was not a 5 star experience at all

The hotel is experience lies somewhere in between a scam and a serious rip off.

The location.

Cons:

Firstly, the hotel is presented as having a spa facility on Booking.com, without clearly indicating that access comes from an external business and hence subject to an additional charge (€40 per person, for 90 minutes).

Secondly, and more concerning, the condition of the bathroom fell below acceptable standards for a hotel of this category and price point (€320 per night). As shown in the attached images, there was visible mould, grime and staining along grout lines in the shower and bath area, indicating poor cleaning and maintenance.

Nice stay, POOR breakfast experience.

Nice location, friendly staff, helpful.

Cons:

Breakfast organization was very POOR. One self serving coffee machine, did not function properly, during peak demand. This was a total disaster. A second coffee dispenser would be good. I received a tea pot with hot water, but no tea bag, I was supposed to fetch it myself. Plates were missing, I would say this is FAR from the standard of a five star hotel, with the Hilton reputation.
