Excellent stay, exceeded our expectations.
Pros:

Breakfast and meals aquired were excpetional from on site restaurant.
Exceptional pool area for kids.
Perfect location and staff very accomodating.
Meeting other families.

Cons:

Rooms a little out dated but still very comfortable.
A little more seating around the pool during busy times would be good.

Will most likely pick another hotel in Sanur for our next visit!
Pros:

Great location to the harbour, close to boardwalk, restaurants and Icon Bali, nice pool and slide for the kids, comfy beds

Cons:

Bathrooms are in desperate need of an update/upgrade we had two joining rooms, in one of the bathrooms the toilet was broken and wouldn’t flush and the hose leaked, the window in the other bathroom was broken with big shards that looked like they could fall into the shower at any time lots of bugs got in, probably the worst shower pressure I have ever experienced, skip the food at the restaurant and eat on the boardwalk much cheaper and a lot better.

母子2人の旅でした。セキュリティを考えて2階にして欲しいという、突然の要求にも、快く受け入れてくれたり、配車がなかなから来ない時にたすけてくれたりと、親切な方々でした。部屋も清潔に掃除されていて大変満足です。朝ごはん付きの、プランにしました。朝ごはんも、とても、美味しかったです。サヌールに行くことがあったら、必ず泊まります。

シャワーの、水量が弱いこと
タオルが少し使い古している感じがすること。

しかし、スタッフの親切を考えればなんてことないです。

Pros:

The room was very clean. The breakfast options were reasonable. The water slide was a big hit.

Cons:

The pool was great but constantly cloudy it had a couple of loose wires in it. The hotel is down a lane which can make it hard for pick ups to find.
