Pros:

The staff were friendly (went well beyond what was expected) and the breakfast was great. The kids absolutely loved the pool - there were three different heights and was nice and long so could do lengths.
The location was great, super close to the beach and delicious warungs on the beach that we ate at every night (except Monday as they were closed). Would highly recommend this place due to location alone.

Cons:

The room was a bit musty smelling but I think that was due to keeping the doors shut and the air con on all the time.

Very neat. No luxurious but extremely good value for money. Within 5 minutes of walking to a few nice cocktail bars with pools and loungers

Cons:

I stayed at this hotel for 2 days. Unfortunately, on the last day, there was no water supply in the toilet area, so the toilet could not be flushed. The shower area still had water, but the toilet was unusable.

We informed the receptionist twice and requested that someone come and check the issue. Each time, we were told that a staff member would be sent to inspect it, but no one ever came to our room.

As a result, we were unable to properly use the toilet before checking out, which was very inconvenient and disappointing. I hope the hotel improves its maintenance and customer service response in the future.

Great place to stay especially if you need to be close to sanur harbor

Ottima struttura, attrezzati per i bimbi, grazie allo scivolo e alla piscina che li fa divertire. Abbiamo apprezzato anche il letto enorme, come due letti matrimoniali uniti. Cibo buono e personale disponibile.

Cons:

Niente in particolare perché siamo nella natura, ma in bagno c’erano diverse formichine che comuqnue restavano lì senza entrare in camera. Non l’abbiamo fatto presente perché non ci davano fastidio.
