素敵
Pros:

It was a lovely stay as long as the drapes were closed

elevators quickly got to the floor you needed. The housekeeping staff did a nice job. A nice breakfast, though having hot cereal (oatmeal) would been have nice,

Room location could hear traffic from the street. the windows were filthy on the outside. Paint was peeling from the windows.

Cons:

Loud party on our floor. Staff did nothing to stop it despite complaints. Literally got the worst sleep of any hotel stay. Not worth the cost. Maybe better if I slept in my car.

Wonderful little getaway
Pros:

The Biltmore is a beautiful hotel a lot of history great location awesome for walking around in sightseeing great restaurants everywhere very romantic

Cons:

The thing I didn’t like was there was no room service for ordering food. I had to go downstairs and pick it up. It still wasn’t that bad picking up food from the front desk.

Cons:

It does not match the photos we saw when booking. There were no towels, no hand towels, no soap—only shampoo and a broken body wash. The bathroom is also unsafe as the floor is very slippery and there are no floor/foot towels.
Additionally, the breakfast was unacceptable. The sausages were of very poor quality, and the bacon was overcooked to the point that it was not edible.

Pros:

I love everything about The Biltmore....it's a gorgeous hotel, class, style and comfort. The staff is superb 👌 And the restaurant is amazing. Bathrooms are small, but as expected for a hotel that is over 100 years old!

Cons:

Nothing to complain about.

Pros:

The location is great and the building is absolutely beautiful. The staff were wonderful. We had a really nice time exploring the history of the hotel.

Cons:

In the room, we stayed in that had two beds to accommodate our family, the beds were actually quite small and our daughter ended up sleeping on the loveseat.
