É una struttura che andrebbe decisamente rivista. Poco il personale al desk, quindi si creano code anche solo per chiedere informazioni. Al momento del check in ci é stato comunicato che avremmo avuto 15 euro al giorno da poter spendere in hotel, abbiamo poi scoperto che ce li hanno addebitati. Oltretutto la colazione consumata al bar non è stata assolutamente all’altezza del prezzo richiesto. Abbiamo comunicato una perdita di acqua in bagno al nostro arrivo: malgrado l’intervento tempestivo dell’idraulico, due giorni dopo il bagno presentava pozze d’acqua sul pavimento.
The hotel lobby was particularly beautiful and pleasant to sit in.
We chose the hotel because it had a pool and it was really disappointing. The water was dirty and the place was run down.

This is not a 5-star hotel for God's sake!! The staff does not offer 5-star service, the internet did not work for the entire stay, and it made my work impossible. Breakfast is horrible for a 5-star hotel.

We had a lovely room. It was clean, quiet and comfortable.
We were celebrating our 30th anniversary. We decided to have breakfast at the hotel which was a huge disappointment. The breakfast cafe only offered a very expensive buffet. Our bill was 100.00 for two people. Had we known we would have never eaten there, not to mention it was not worth 100.00. Additionally, it felt like a cafeteria vs a restaurant you would expect in the Biltmore. It didn't need to be super upscale but certainly didn't expect a cafeteria like experience.
The design and layout were beautiful. The staff were helpful and friendly.
Low water pressure in the shower but still worked for cleaning.
