Best choice for best price, i recommend it strongly
Pros:

Everything is beautiful in this villa 😍 Calm, clean, ralaxing garden, security and safety, Wide rooms,
The decor was just wonderful (piano, books, Chess..), the owner is polite and respectful,
I never regret it, and I recommend it strongly

Pros:

Property owner put blame on us for damaging the shower tub. Future please take photos of everything when you stay if you find it broken

Exceptionally clean and welcoming
Pros:

The place was exceptionally clean. There was a kitchen, utensils and dishes were provided. Owner and family are very attentive and welcoming. The location is not immediately in the city center, but we liked it as it is quiet, yet it would take us about 10 minutes by car to Gabala cable and 2-3 minutes to the nearest supermarket.

Cons:

There was no AC in the bedrooms, but the owner mentioned that he intended to install them just before we were coming. We came on a very short notice, so I don't blame him. However, there is an AC in the living room. We had it run nonstop, and it cooled the bedrooms to some extent, too.

Pros:

It has a big garden with fruit (strawberry, red cherry). CCTV are outside and inside. Extremely clean and neat. The kitchen is equipped with the necessaries.

Cons:

No AC system.
Light goes through the windows which makes sleeping is uncomfortable.

If u can manage the administration part. This villa is too good
Pros:

The villa is so beautiful , everything is new. Lovely interiors and outer space. It has a piano and wooden attik like a chill pad. Loved tbe vibe

Cons:

The manager of this property is extremely irresponsible. Firstly there is no body stays in the property. The caretaker only comes to handover the keys .. no contact number .. no response on messages no proper location. It took us 1 hour to find location and 30 minutes to handover the keys after we finish. We ended up putting the keys in the outside electricity meter. Very unpleasant.

Exceptional place
Pros:

I stayed here with my wife and a kid, hands down, this is the best place I have ever stayed. The apartment comes with all amenities to make the stay compartable beyond expectation. The owner is a sweet person, he was kind enough to help me with tour planning.
