For the price very nice. Clean comfortable bed .
Pros:

Close to beach. Many restaurants. I got room at low season rate. Don’t know if I would pay higher rate. Staff nice.
Scooter rental on property.

Cons:

No tv. Internet scratchy. Comes and goes. A little noisy with music from near venues.

All around good experience.
Pros:

Great location situated in the heart of Legian.
Was very suprised with the free breakfast (chicken and rice with fried noodles and Sambal). No fridge or tv in room but not expected with the cheap price. Room was nice and clean.

Cons:

Great value for money,, bare bones with amenities but can’t expect the world for $30 a night.

Arrived late at night after long travel — no staff, no reception, no check-in assistance.

Multiple calls were unanswered. Messages were read and ignored.
No room number, no instructions, no responsibility.

Only by pure luck we accessed a dirty, unprepared room because another guest had just left.
The manager later responded in a hostile and unprofessional manner and refused any refund, despite the hotel being clearly at fault.

This is misleading information, negligence, and unacceptable management behavior.

We arrived at the hotel reception. We were checked in. But when we got to our room, we saw that it didn't meet hygiene standards. The bed linens were dirty. There was no duvet cover. The pillows smelled of other people's perfume. At first, we asked for a duvet cover, but the hotel employee said they didn't have any. Then we said we wanted to cancel the room and get a refund. However, the manager said there was nothing she could do and that I should submit a cancellation request through Booking.com. I submitted a free cancellation request. However, the property owner still hasn't confirmed this request and assures me that he never received any request from Booking.com. We ended up renting another hotel nearby, but we still haven't received a refund for this one. This is the first time I've encountered this situation.

Pros:

The property was good value for money in a good location!

Cons:

The property is actually called Oka Legian NOT collection O!! Took us a good couple hours to find it because of this haha. Also the wifi didn’t work from our room.
