Huge room. Great Location.
Pros:

The location was great. Around the corner was the bus stop for Disney. Super easy to work out. The room was huge compared to what we were expecting. The washing machine. And drying room. That was awesome ! Locally there was heaps of delish places to eat. And also the Lawson downstairs and there was also two grocers near by. Air con was cold which was awesome because outside was so hot ! Beds were comfy - firm- but comfy ! Overall. So so so happy with our stay !

The location was amazing, there’s a 24 hours market with a lot of good food, McDonald nearby, Wendy’s nearby, train station nearby, and restaurants.

Pros:

This was our least favourite hotel while in Japan

Cons:

Beds extremely uncomfortable, like sleeping on a floor
Not enough space in a room with 3 beds to keep suitcases
Dirty/stained bedding
Room type said balcony but there was a screen across
Needed room key back if you were leaving for more than two hours
No utensils or pans when advertised cooking facilities

駅に近く　とても便利
部屋も広く　快適に過ごすことが出来ました
お風呂もとてもよかったです

Cons:

家族3人で利用させて頂いたのですが
部屋に　鏡があれば　メイクなど準備も

毎年お世話になってます。
Pros:

ほとんどの物が備えられており、家族連れにはいいと思います。クローゼットが広いので荷物を充分に置けるスペースがあるのが特にいいと思いました。
下にはコンビニやお店もありとても便利です。

Cons:

特にないですが、洗濯機があるので洗濯する人は洗剤を用意した方がいいと思います。
