EXTREMELY BAD SMELL
Pros:

The space was decently big but as soon as we got in the room, there was a very bad lingering smell that threw us off from the moment we entered. It smelled like saliva and sperm, smell was so unpleasant we almost left instantly and my wife cried. We tried spraying perfume and get rid of the odor but it was too strong. The place is also not clean as the pictures show. Our bathtub was rusting and had yellowing everywhere and also pubic hair in the tub when we entered. The computer, styler, microwave are all very used and something you don't want to use. We barely stayed in the room due to this and had a very unplesant experience. Also I am not sure why this place is on HOTELS.com when it is clearly not a hotel. It's a motel, they have massage palor contacts on tissue boxes and give condoms for amenities. Super disappointed by hotels.com app.

새벽1시에 도착했는데 체크인 할때 큰 방으로 업그레이드 해주셨어요. 넓은 방에서 1박 스테이 잘 하다가 갑니다. 그리고 스타일러가 있어서 넘 좋았어여~!!

I would book again because of the price amd customer service!
Pros:

Very friendly concierge and super quick to respond to my messages! We had a very clean and spacious room

Cons:

Location was not central to the main shopping and eating area, but a cab can be called for a cheap rate and short drive (8 min). I did, however pay half price for what I would have closer to the town center

모텔수준임. 패밀리룸도 너무 작음. 다른 호텔과 비슷한 가격대비 낮은퀄리티. 조식도 주는날있고 안주는날있고 잠만자고 바로 나왔음. 다른호텔은 매진인데 여기만 남아있어서 어쩔수없이 자고 나옴. 여기만 남아있는 이유를 알것같음

My stay was super short but I felt at home.
Pros:

The guy at the reception was expecting me so there was no explanation from my side needed. He was quick with the check-in process too. The room was well-equipped which left me super impressed.

Cons:

The bed was hard for my liking.

Pros:

부모님 모시고 광주여행한다고 갓었는데, 아주 깨끗하고 좋았습니다. 가격도 저렴하였고(저번달 청도에 50만원준 독채보다 나은듯) 무엇보다 아침조식 서비스, 간단했지만 너무 좋았어요. 다음에 또 광주여행하면 무조건 이리 가겠습니다.

Pros:

깨끗하고 최첨단 시설이라 매우 편리했습니다.
침구도 청결하였고 주위에 식당도 많이 있고 교통도 아주 편리 했어요.

가족 여행에 적합한 숙소
Pros:

가족 여행 숙소로 아주 좋았어요. 원룸 형태이지만 벽으로 침대 공간과 쇼파 공간이 분리되어있고 티비도 두 쪽에 다 설치되어 있어서 편했습니다. 덕분에 다른 사람이 자는 동안 티비를 봐도 눈치가 보이지 않더라구요 ㅎㅎ 그리고 중심가에 위치해 주변에 식당이나 편의점이 많았습니다.
다만 리모컨에 조명을 조절하는 버튼이 있으나 작동하지 않는 점과 비데에서 계속 물이 나오는 점, 침대가 다소 딱딱하다는 점은 아쉬움으로 남네요.
그러나 전반적으로 만족스러운 숙소였고 나중에 또 광주에 방문할 일이 생기면 다시 예약할 것 같아요.
