Pros:

Room was good size. Location was easy to get to using public transportation. Customer service was helpful! Room was standardly clean. Main bed was comfortable. Was nice to be able to get early check-in!

Cons:

Fold out beds were super uncomfortable (bar in the middle of your back). Room was very warm even though temp outside was around 12ºC. Couldn't open windows. Customer service gave us the code for the guest closet on 4th floor to get some fans which helped.

Tesisin her yere olan ulaşımı mükemmeldi .

Cons:

Banyo ve lavabolar biraz küçük ve odanın ortasında konumlanmış olması biraz kötüydü ama genel olarak iyiydi.

Excellent nights sleep and excellent value, easy to access.
Pros:

Perfect. Easy Check in, no contact with anyone except by email in advance.
The room was small but had everything ..even a microwave and coffee ! Magnificent value.
All I wanted was a bed for a night and the bed was exceedingly comfy.

No way they could store luggage the next day, but good luggage storage options in Helsinki centre.

I’d stay again like a shot. [much better than the posh chain international hotel 2 nights later]

Hard to say anything. Luggage storage?

Ojo si falla algo la tecnología.
Pros:

No tener recepción y funcionar online 100% tiene ventajas. La ubicación me parece perfecta.

Cons:

Cuando les falla la tecnología en algo mínimo, no tienen capacidad de solucionar cosas. El teléfono de atención es de pago. La zona es muy ruidosa en fin de semana. Por cierto...estuve 3 días y no hubo limpieza en absoluto.

Tesis konaklama ile ilgili yeterli bilgilendirmeyi sağladı. Merkeze çok yakındı, yürüyerek çok rahat ulaşım sağladık. Oda temizdi. Buzdolabı, su ısıtıcı ve mikrodalga mevcuttu. Tekrar geldiğimizde kalmak isteriz.

Ended up booking another hotel

Cons:

Waited outside unable to get in. Used the phone in the lobby after someone else let us in and was on hold for 40 minutes. So ended up booking another hotel and luckily booking.com refunded as the property did not respond to them either after another 90 minutes.
