Good value for family- location could be better
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff. Front desk helped us book taxis. One front desk staffer was extremely helpful, and she spoke very fluent English.

Cons:

Distance to museums and downtown area was about 45-55 minutes walk. Getting a taxi in the city to return to the hotel is difficult. Often times we asked the store cashier to help us to hail a taxi and translate where we needed to go.

A good visit
Pros:

The staff was friendly and accommodating. I wish they were more fluent in English but overall we were able to communicate using a translator. Beds and pillows are very comfortable which was important for our stay. The room was good. It’s a relatively new hotel.

Cons:

Breakfast was ok. I wish there was more variety of food. One day we were served only a broccoli soup. We got hungry pretty fast after. Also, I wish they served breakfast earlier. They open only at 8 am and surprisingly on one day when we needed to leave early for a tour, the server was late for 8 am. So we had to push our tour by 30 min. Usually, other hotels offer breakfast from 6 am or 6.30 am. Overall, it was ok.

Nice new hotel to stay
Pros:

Quite new, spacious, supermarkets nearby, can walk to shops, breakfast is nice
Most important was that I got responsive messages about my query.
Dun expect air-conditioner which I think is not necessary in the country.

Cons:

Location not close to city centre but not weakness at all.

Персонал вежливый и внимательный. Питание вкусное и разнообразное. Номер чистый и уютный, всегда встречает приятным и свежим ароматом. Душевая кабина удобная, кровати комфортные, из окон открывается красивый вид. В отеле бесплатно предоставляются мыло, шампуни, кондиционер, зубные щётки, полотенца, тапочки, а также чай, кофе и сахар. При необходимости можно взять утюг для глажки

Good but needs improvement especially on the breakfast time and options
Pros:

We had to do an early check-in and the management was able to assist us.

Cons:

Breakfast was provided only from 8am and the guest had to swarm before the break fast area (added picture), which was not a great experience
