Хороший отель за приемлемые деньги.
Pros:

Оказалось очень даже хороший отель - не ожидал. Очень красивая комната, удобная кровать, хороший ремонт. Отзывчивый персонал, стараются во всем помочь, что ни попросишь.

Cons:

В комнате 1004 душевая перегородка на полу немного дефектная. Поэтому когда принимаешь душ - вода выливается за пределы душевой кабины. Администраторы, исправьте, пожалуйста. На рецепшн не все говорят на английском. Но почти сразу находят того, кто может помочь.

Cons:

Found something orange/red on the bed, could see it wasn’t properly cleaned or checked for stains.. Also, the bathroom flooded even when I showered with the door closed. I had to use all the towels to wipe the water… :(

Nice staffs. And willing to help, good value, but a bit far away from city center , can take bus from city center for 20 min or can join local tour with hotel pick up, but very good value for money

Clean and reasonably comfortable hotel in a good location with super considerate and helpful Staff.
Pros:

What made my 1 night stay exceptional at this hotel was the Staff. I had asked the hotel to book me a taxi from the airport, but when my flight was delayed quite a few hours, it meant I was arriving ulaanbaatar in the middle of the night. The hotel manager, Flora (Цэцэг), didn’t want to send a man to pick up a single woman in the middle of the night, so she came herself. Amazing, considerate service! She even brought me a bottle of water. The two young men on the front desk, spoke very little English, but we’re extremely helpful and attentive.

The room was extremely clean and well equipped. The location of the hotel was good for shopping and also close to the bus terminals that take you out of the city.

Cons:

My room had no AC or fans. It had been a hot day so the room was quite warm. It cooled down quickly when I opened the windows during the night, but I imagine during the day that room would get quite warm.

The bed was a little harder than most foreigners would like, and the shower door leaks water over the bathroom floor. But none of these issues are a showstopper.

Good value for family- location could be better
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff. Front desk helped us book taxis. One front desk staffer was extremely helpful, and she spoke very fluent English.

Cons:

Distance to museums and downtown area was about 45-55 minutes walk. Getting a taxi in the city to return to the hotel is difficult. Often times we asked the store cashier to help us to hail a taxi and translate where we needed to go.
