A wonderful stay with the family.
Pros:

I stayed for 5 nights in this property with my family (4 adults). We booked an executive room and a double room.
The weather was nice during our stay which combined with the rain and sun.
The location is very nice and the Mountain View from the room in the early morning is excellent and mind soothing. This is the main point for our payment and it’s really satisfying.
Rooms are clean.
Bathroom is clean.
Bed linen is clean.
Hot water is available in the bathroom.
Soap,towels and water were provided.
TV with Tata Play channels are available.
AC is working fine but not necessary in this weather.
Trekking can be done in the backyard of the property. But beware of caterpillars.
Good cafeteria to get tasty food (to be paid separately and not part of booking). Both vegetarian and non vegetarian foods are available.
Special mention to the caretaker Mr. Aromal, who is really a professional and a humble person. He takes care of your needs. He helped in getting the ticket for Palaruvi falls without us standing in line and also make sure that we enjoyed the falls first.

Cons:

Airtel network is completely down so please make sure you have Jio network mobile for calls.
WiFi at the property is very poor and not connected to the rooms so again you need your own Jio network for internet.
The path to the property is very steep and the spare tyre in my car not getting grips on the wet road on the rainy day so not able to drive up to the property. So I parked the car down and walked all the way up with our baggage. This is the issue with my car and not the fault of the property but I am advising as a precaution. I have seen lot of cars are driving up to the property and so this may not be an issue for others.
Cupboard was not available in the executive room.
Chair and table not available in any of the rooms.
Due to the surrounding forest and rubber trees, you may experience getting the insects around but there’s no reason to worry.
