Pros:

地理位置不错，安静且安全，交通便利，地铁站不远，附近就是一些政府机构大楼，可想路面卫生绿化各方面都非常好，甚至绿化带都开满牡丹，香香的。房间软硬件都不错，一贯花园的标配吧，洁净程度很不错的，工作人员也很友善，大堂还有自取的景点设计书签，离店说是牡丹节期间的小纪念，送了我们小瓶的牡丹种子，很有意思。

Great service
Pros:

The room was quite good and met the standard you would expect from a Hilton property. However, what impressed me the most was the service.

Last night there was very heavy snowfall, and I was extremely hungry. Unfortunately, I’m not familiar with the food delivery apps here and cannot read Chinese. Two night-shift staff members, Kiki and Vicky Ma, went above and beyond to help me. They patiently assisted me in ordering food through the app and took great care of everything with genuine kindness and attention.

Their service was truly outstanding and made my stay much more comfortable and memorable. I really appreciate their help and warm hospitality.
If I have the opportunity, I will definitely come back again.

Понравилось абсолютно всё! Отель очень современный, при этом уютный. Номера комфортные. Завтраки отличные! Сотрудники вежливые, дружелюбные. Помогали во всех вопросах, по которым мы обращались. Вобщем отель высокого класса, мы очень рады, что нам повезло в нём остановиться на время нашего отпуска!

Cons:

Есть одно маленькое пожелание. Территория перед отелем не большая, но красивая. И там нужно поставить несколько скамеечек, чтобы можно было посидеть немного и подышать воздухом после завтрака, или перед сном.

No air conditioning but great staff
Pros:

The local staff were really helpful and attentive, and did their best to work with their company's weird policies. The Longmen grottoes are well worth visiting.

Cons:

The hotel did not have airconditioning (although it is advertised on booking.com as having AC). This was an issue because the room temperatures were in the high 20s (80s fahrenheit). We were told the reason was a strict Hilton policy to not allow AC in Autumn. However the weather was very warm and humid, so no AC was borderline intolerable. This was not an issue we experienced at other hotels on our trip. Full credit to the local staff for trying to help us though. On one night the Engineer was able to at least reduce temperatures to 25 degrees C.

Pros:

Great hotel. Great location. New, clean with quite spacious rooms.
One thing I did not like: someone smoked in neighbour room and smoke smell came through the ventilation to my room. Because I am not a smoker it was unpleasant. Otherwise, all good.

Modern hotel, good bed, spacious and pretty quiet rooms, friendly service personnel.

Cons:

One room was a bit smoky. We couldn’t get the laptops to connect to wifi.
