Az étkezések választéka csodálatos volt, ebben az ilyen szintű török szállodák mindig kiválóak voltak!

Cons:

3 éjszakát töltöttünk a szállodában. Az A szárnyban kaptunk helyet. A szobák hangszigetelése rettenetesen rossz. A folyosóról minden behallatszik. A felújítási munkákat éjjel nappal végzik, a délutáni hangbeállások az esti eseményekre már 5 órakor lehetetlenné tették a pihenést a szobában, mivel minden felhallatszott. Este két esetben is 11-ig üvöltött a zene alattunk, amiből a 2. emeleten a szobában nem lehetett pihenni, de ez még akár akceptálható is lett volna, ha egy 3 csillagos szállodában vagyunk. Ennyi pénzért viszont ez elfogadhatatlan. A harmadik este éjjel 1.30-ig ment a ricsaj. Gyerekek rohangáltak a folyosón, hol dörömböltek, hol a csengőt nyomták a szobákban, majd elszaladtak... bár senki nem kergette őket. Az pedig, hogy a folyosókon a beltéri dohányzásnak köszönhetően orrfacsaró és egészségtelen füstszag terjeng, egyenesen kiábrándító. Ha a gasztronómiában nem lenne ilyen erős a hely, egyáltalán nem ajánlanám senkinek!

Amazing customer service, wonderful happy staff
Pros:

Wow! We have stayed in many resorts in Cyprus and I have never received such amazing service and met such wonderful staff. The staff were incredibly welcoming and always happy to help. The Madagascar club is just fantastic, every single member of staff were genuinely interested in the children and remembered our children’s names the next day.
There are many hotels that look great such as this one but the staff are what makes this place amazing. The only improvement I would suggest is sometimes certain foods were not fresh eg. Hard pancakes perhaps from the day before, but there was so much choice.
Our housekeeping Belkiz was so kind and even managed to get us my son’s slipper which went down the balcony! Thank you The Arkin family, you
should be proud of your team.

An AMAZING STAY! PERFECT HOTEL!
Pros:

This hotel was absolutely amazing. The beach, The beach bar, The rooms, the restaurant, the food, the staff, the casino all was perfect. I usually hesitate to go to all inclusive hotels but this was top quality and chic and very high end! I absolutely LOVED it!

Its the place where i feel like at home. Everytime we come, its a unique experience, everything is on the top, specially in warm season when everything is working. We've tried some other hotels around, but at last coming to Arkin everytime!

Comfortable and attentive to our needs
Pros:

The variety of food, all inclusive was excellent. Very tasty.
Room was comfortable and cleaned everyday.
Stayed here before when first opened in the summer. Loved all the seating areas on the beach for drinks and snacks.

Cons:

Not to serve red wine from the fridge.
Not having decaf tea or coffee.
