They are not accepting bookings made from booking.com & Booking.com team is helpless

They refused to accept the booking made from booking.com and said that we are not accepting any booking and when I complained this matter to booking.com customer care team they assured me with proper solution and action against the property but I didn't get any solution till date.

Even after paying full amount the owner charged me extra . Please don't make bookings in OYO as manager refuses to give you the rooms and make you wait and they take extra money
