Parking is poor. Someone hit our car while our car was parked, we were notified yet not enough room.
Rooms was good, staff is cooperative.
They don't offer iron in the room. One iron/stand for all rooms in the collidor. Not expected from a hotel claiming to be 5-star.

Customer service at reception not good enough. Booked for my son's honeymoon. When they arrived at reception for check-in, staff said payment declined and now we can only accept cash or bank transfer. Total embarrassment for me. There was no message or notification prior to this. The reception staff went to the back office and I received declined payment email. Clearly, hotel saved few thousands owed to booking.com. The couple was looking forward to their honeymoon and had no choice but to pay cash. Not an ideal stay......
