Great location, set back far from the road, quite area but close to so much, walking distance to nice bars and restauran

Amazing place to stay!
Pros:

The stuff was amazing. They were very professional and helped us with every aspect. Villa exceeded our expectations for sure. Everything was like on photos and even more prettier. Amazing territory drowned in the greenery. Very quite spot despite of a fact that it was situated just 1 minute by walk from restaraunts and a main road to Padang Padang beach. Just a 15 minutes jog to Dreamland beach in the morning was awesome every time.

Very nice looking and centered but not so secure from outside
Pros:

It was very centered and close to many restaurants and shops. Villa was very nice and well furnished. Mostly clean and confortable.

Cons:

Towels and house appliance wasn't very clean. Also a frog got into the house and didn't left, we reported it to the reception they immediately took care of it but the house doors was not very close to floor so it got in anyway, so we had to change to a hotel.

Luxurious stay - would definitely recommend!
Pros:

I ended a four-week trip at COZ Bali Boutique, and the property was everything I could have hoped for. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and having our own private pool with complete privacy was the perfect way to unwind after busy days exploring Uluwatu.

The hotel is nicely tucked away off the main road, making it wonderfully quiet and tranquil. The entire property, including the walkways to the rooms, is beautifully landscaped with lush greenery and birds of paradise plants, which really adds to the atmosphere.

The staff were attentive, friendly, and easy to contact via WhatsApp whenever we needed anything. I would highly recommend staying here and would absolutely return.

Cons:

The outdoor shower was a nice touch, but there were many bugs.

Mooie moderne villa’s op een top locatie
Pros:

De locatie was super gelegen in een gezellige straat met heerlijke restaurants en ontbijt/lunch plekjes. Het personeel was super aardig en behulpzaam. Airco werkte erg goed.

the 2bedrooms living area very modern n spacious

Cons:

the bathroooms are a little small and exposed to the full sun n rain our towels n toiletries bags n cream products were affected .,,
also they need to trim back the garden to widen the access to the villas.. its down a narrow pathway negotiating branches n plants ..impossible to use an umbrella ., !

Pros:

Awesome villas in the downtown of Uluwatu. Completely new and modern, great style. Good service, one of the esteemed employees - Roshita helped us with many requests. Double bathroom - great idea and very comfy. Price/quality is solid.

Cons:

Everything is good overall, however there some minor setbacks: weird and unpleasant lemon smell at the check in among all villa; pool is more like a hole with water - very small.
