Best location for a trip into London
Pros:

Location to London via train. Large free car park.Quiet.
Good restaurant. Modern decor and facilities in room

Cons:

Room a bit small for 2. The extractor fan in bathroom was not working so got very steamy

The best place and absolutely loved it!
Pros:

What a gem of a place!!! Room was stunning and the extra touches with the treats, were truly appreciated!!! We loved the food - dinner and breakfast. Staff were amazing especially at breakfast!!! Can’t wait to come back and have already booked for dinner for a special occasion and looking to book a stay for our friend’s 50th! Thank you!!

Pros:

Welcoming and very friendly, which is so important when traveling alone for business. Will definitely be back.

Cons:

Taxi failed to turn up to take me to my meeting the other side of town so I had to walk with my luggage - not ideal as late and rushed.

A very pleasant stay which I would be very happy to repeat.
Pros:

We enjoyed breakfast, the dining area and the bar area. The room was fine, the bed very comfortable and the bathroom spacious and well-stocked. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

The room was small, even though we'd ben upgraded: there were no easy chairs.

Our room is lovely and the extras in the room like petit fours was a lovely thought. Staff very friendly and helpful. Had dinner in evening too which was very nice and a good atmosphere in the bar. Hotel has lots of character still as an old building and has had a good refurbishment with quality fixtures and fittings and extras..

Cons:

Only thing to say was the wait in the restaurant between courses was quite long of an hour each time before starters and in between for main. But restaurant was very busy and we just carried on chatting as waitresses were very nice and helpful when asked anything.

Cosy room
Pros:

The hotel is lovely tried to change our room from a cosy to a comfy room booking.com were not helpful consequently I did not sleep till about 2pm as I was up against the wall and it was very uncomfortable
