Unsafe location and overpriced for an unclean property. I fled to a hotel within 20 minutes and lost 17000 rupees!
Pros:

Nothing. I paid a ridiculous amount of money for this property that I had to cancel. I arrived and in the compound entrance was a man acting strangely. Next he steals a bike next door. My taxi driver chased him. The place was not clean. The kitchen sink had dirt in it. The room smelt like cigarette smoke. A Jack
Hammer was making a noise next door. There were woman’s shoes under the cupboard at the end of the bed and men’s shoes outside the front door. The cupboards were dirty in the kitchen. I was so upset and felt unsafe. I will be giving this place a very poor review and am angry with Booking.com for not reviewing this room authentically. I didn’t take any pictures as I was so upset and disappointed, just wanted to get out of the room. and

Cons:

Paying 17000 rupees for a sub standard accommodation. Same as above. I stayed 20 minutes and fled to a hotel . I only paid 13,000 rupees for a better location with better safety and it much cleaner.

Pros:

住宿地點安靜，房間超大設施完善，有小廚房和微波爐唷，可以自己煮或加熱食物，非常方便。網路超快，這點要嘉許。工作人員Nizam真的很貼心，主動幫我很多忙，很感謝。這是一個很好的住宿點，很安全又讓人安心，下次還會再來！

Cons:

床單可能沒有晾很乾，有奇怪的味道。因為味道蠻強烈的，有一點點不舒服。

Decent, but please dont advertise breakfast provided if one has to cook ourselves.

The caretaker was very nice

Cons:

Breakfast! -- when one sees that breakfast comes with the room, no one, no where, realizes that raw materials will be given (bread, butter, egg) and you need to prepare your own breakfast. This is false information.

**There were multiple wasps (and I mean wasps) in the room. Luckily, there was an electric fly swatter and we could kill two of these. It was scary for the family.

Comfortable stay
Pros:

It has all the gadgets from induction cooker to washing machine, air purifier...in good condition

Cons:

Only negative point was it has too much mosquitoes probably coming from the adjacent flat which is temporary partitioned

Amazing
Pros:

It was a pleasure staying at this B&B the Lutf in Nizamuddin, one of Delhi’s most centrally located and vibrant areas. Several UNESCO World Heritage sites are within walking distance, along with the famous Nizamuddin Dargah, Lodhi Road, and the beautiful Lodhi Gardens. The location makes exploring Delhi incredibly convenient, and the stay was comfortable and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Lovely stay, Perfect location
Pros:

Quit and beautiful. Near to Nizamuddin dargah and metro station. it was a really nice place to relax and we felt at home. Well Cleaned and managed. Will definitely book again on next visit.

Stuff was always very friendly!

Cons:

Unfortunately, my stay was extremely unpleasant. The room had a constant, strong smell that felt almost toxic. At night it became completely unbearable, making it impossible to sleep properly.
Despite ventilation, the odor never improved and seriously affected my well-being.
Because of this, I had no choice but to leave the hotel one day earlier than planned.
I would not recommend this place unless the hygiene and air quality issues are properly fixed!
