Pros:

The staff were extremely efficient and friendly

Cons:

I tried to leave a tip for the bar staff when paying , but they couldn't accept a tip with the card machine and I didn't have cash on me. I was disappointed that I couldn't leave them a tip as they were very efficient and attentive and friendly

OK
Pros:

Great location

Cons:

Stayed the week before no coffee machine, room smelled like cigarettes. Mentioned this to staff, stayed in a similar room, this time there was a coffee machine but it didn’t work but at least the room didn’t smell.
I like the imperial bar but there are better hotels to stay in Cork.
