There was no running water in our bathroom sink (reported but no action), no floor mat in the bathroom, light over sink not working, wifi not active in bedroom, no egg slice to cook breakfast, glasses missing, cooker hood fan not working, fridges not cold when we arrived, had to phone Chech phone number to get someone to eventually appear to hand over keys

Beds uncomfortable , shower doors , door & step to balcony needs attention, maybe a little paint refreshing

The fire doors in the apartments were heavy and didn't say open. It would have been good if there was a door stop in each room to hold the door open, It would have been useful to have a jay cloth or other dish cloth at the sink in kitchen to use when washing dishes and cleaning down dining table. The apartment could have done with more teaspoons.

The apartments aren’t sound proof so a lot of noise may occur depending on surrounding occupants. This cannot be avoided but is good to know in advance

Views. Comfort. Cleanliness

The apartment was spotless however the beds didn't have mattress protectors and bed linen was older and poor quality, needs upgrading to better quality as it was the only minus that we encountered.

Not the place to go if you want a good night's sleep... We were in a 3 bed apartment and while it was great to have a private bathroom each there was no soundproofing... every time anyone turned a tap on... even the cold water one...the noise from the boiler/pump... which was located right between 2 of the bedrooms... was like a tractor going through the place. None of our party had a decent night's sleep throughout our stay.

The quilts and pillows felt very dated and could do with being renewed.

For a self catering apartment, I would have expected some very basic things to have been in the cupboard...salt, pepper, cooking oil... noone brings these from scratch ...there was a hospitality tray with individual sachets of coffee, sugar and a few biscuits but it would have been much better to have had the very basic things to be able to start cooking.

Aunque tuvimos un pequeño problema con uno de los grifos y la conexión de internet, hubo buena comunicación con el establecimiento.

Dishwasher wasn't turned on (electricity and water) but we managed to sort that out. Every time water was used anywhere a noisy electric water pump started even for people in other flats. Could have done with more/bigger pans for a family of four.
Elements of the flat did look a little tired (shower doors, sofas, table)
None of this was a massive problem but it does stop the place from being 'luxury' from our perspective.

Als erstes durften wir eine halbe Stunde warten auf dem Parkplatz warten bis uns jemand das Apartment öffnete.
Wir waren 4. Für drei Personen gab es Frottewäache. Eine viertel Klopapier für 4 Nächte. Einen Haartrokner gab es in der Wohnung nicht. Ob die Bettwäsche frisch war lassen wir offen. Am Boden fanden sich Staubfähden.
Die Küche konnte dies noch toppen. Altes Bratöl klepte an der Mikrowelle und an den Wänden. Die Backbleche waren so voller dreck, dass wir auch diese nicht brauchten. Der Wasserkocher war braun.
Wir haben die Besitzerin kontaktiert. Sie schob unser anliegen auf die Putzfrau und versprach uns die hälfte der kosten zurück. Darauf warten wir heute noch.
Fazit; es ist eine sauerei so ein Aparment zu vermieten.
Hätten wir etwas gefunden wären wir am ersten Abend wieder gegangen.

Towels could be changed while we we there, some more cooking utensils would be handy. But certainly not complaining, was a great place to stay.
