Struttura accogliente e pulita. Posizione strategica per varie esigenze . Ottima qualità prezzo.

Stanza pulita e confortevole. La posizione della struttura centrale della città di Casarano.

Cons:

L’unica pecca è stata il cambio degli asciugamani che, come descritto, se si desiderava cambiare l’asciugamano bastava lasciarlo sul pavimento. Non lo hanno fatto per 2 persone su 3 presenti in camera.

Super consigliatissimo
Abbiamo chiesto ci fosse anticipato il check in perchè avevamo un matrimonio nelle prime ore del pomeriggio, la ragazza che ci ha accolti è stata super disponibile e gentile.
La struttura è veramente molto accogliente, anche se lo stile non è di nostro gusto..la cosa che ci ha colpito di più è L'ordine e la pulizia..veramente tutto curato e pulitissimo.
Noi avevamo una camera matrimoniale con due singoli attaccati, un frigo bar con due bottiglie d'acqua e kit per pulizia denti e doccia.
La colazione viene servita al primo piano, ci sono cornetti e fette biscottate monoporzioni con marmellate e nutella. Le bevande vengono servite da un ragazzo.
Si trova in centro a Casarano, proprio vicinissimo a Piazza Garibaldi con facile possibilità di parcheggio.

L’albergo bello ma poco curato.
Cons:

Le lenzuola . Trovate macchiate di sangue e impossibile cambiarle al momento perché eravamo da soli nella struttura ( cosa che trovo assurda )ho dormito con un asciugamano tutta la notte evitando il contatto , me l’hanno cambiato il giorno dopo. Peccato, un bell’albergo che cade in queste cose ovvie.

Aspettative deluse totalmente

La struttura e le camere molto pulite niente da dire su questo.

Soggiorno di due notti. All'arrivo ci viene comunicato che l'indomani la colazione non sarebbe stata disponibile, quindi si recarci ad un bar vicino convenzionato. Deluso, sinceramente se dovevamo fare colazione in un bar allora tanto vale che prendessi un b&b. Il secondo giorno colazione presente, ma come scelta era veramente limitata. Più da pensione che da hotel 4 stelle ... Proprio lontani anni luce.
Oltretutto doveva esserci il parcheggio della struttura, invece in pratica ho dovuto parcheggiare in una piazzetta dove poi ho scoperto che dalle 20 all'1 è attiva una Ztl, mi hanno assicurato che multe non ne fanno... Ma questo lo scoprirò più avanti!
Reception dovrebbe esserci 24h su 24h, invece la sera non c'era nessuno. Una coppia di amici il giorno dopo doveva fare il check in alle 12.30 ( segnalato alla struttura), arrivati in struttura non c'era nessuno, fortuna che c'ero io ed almeno gli ho aperto la porta. Alla fine si un giro di chiamate, la chiave della camera gliel'hanno data degli idraulici presenti in struttura che conoscevano la proprietaria....
Il terrazzo con divanetti, ecc presente in prima foto scordatevelo, era completamente abbandonato, vuoto...
Tirando le somme, in se la struttura andrebbe benissimo come b&b, avrei dato 10. Ma se pago per un hotel a 4 stelle mo aspetto un servizio e un contesto adeguato, con i servizi annessi.

Great hotel right in the middle of the historical city centre of Casarano! Highly recommending!
Pros:

We are returning customers of this hotel. Few years ago we stayed here and we liked it. This year, when it came to the point of looking for a place to stay at first we wanted to try something close to one of the beaches on the west cost. However, after comparing options this hotel was the best option with the best quality/service offered. Spacious rooms, AC, on-site parking, breakfasts and of course very friendly staff - all of that contributed to the overall experience of staying in Casarano! We were happy to return to this hotel and we were super happy to see that quality/service is still as great as years ago. We definitely recommend this hotel for couples, families, groups of people!
