Nice stay, fes small issues but overall was nice!
Pros:

The hotel was really cool. Coffey was okay and the service was welcoming. I really liked the the bathroom. New renovated look really pushed the experiense a noch up. The whole apartments vibe was good. Cool light both in the bathroom, and in the master room. I was cool that there was an option to increase and lower the intesity of the light. Good job.

Cons:

Staff was really kind but it was a disappointment when i didnt get delivered if i wanted a small coffey or my food upstairs. In most of the hotels this is solved with room servise option. Allso the fact that the hotel informed me in advance that even though i will arrive in ilulissat at 20, will I be able to order food while the kichen is open and eat the food while the restaurant is open wasnt that accurate. I Arrived to the restaurant and they told me that i wont be able to order food, because it's greenlantic buffet day. In a way I understand, but when u really think about the customer service, i should be able to order anything while kichen is open. Does this this mean that if i dont like greenlantik food, i wont eat. When payin 2000 cronos + willing to pay for food i expect really good experiense.

pleasant stay
Pros:

good service and perfect location. morning buffet is delicious. lovely with electric kettle and tea in the rooms and a little bit view to the sea though the room is "at the wrong side"

placement for my room was at the stairs - a little bit noise from other guest.

Fantastisk ophold med central beliggenhed
Pros:

Hotel Hvide Falk er rent og pænt med en hyggelig restaurant og meget venligt personale i gåafstand til byens butikker, rejsebureauer og vandrestier. Desuden er den inkluderede morgenmad rigtig god og der er en shuttle bus som kører til og fra lufthavnen.

Zentrale Lage des Hotels mitten in der Stadt. Tolle Lage der Appartments mit Balkon direkt aufs Meer und damit gute Sicht auf die Eisberge. Sehr gutes Essen und Weinauswahl. Hilfsbereite Rezeption. Agentur für Ausflüge direkt nebenan. Shuttle zum Flughafen hat gut funktioniert.

Cons:

Der Standard der Badezimmer in den Appartments entspricht nicht ganz dem Rest des Hauses, sie sind aber in Ordnung.

It was a good stay overall.
Pros:

Its close to the restaurants and store. They have shuttle from the airport (to and from).

Cons:

Some staff (not all) are not that helpful and they should have people who will help guests bring their luggage to their room (separate room outside the hotel) on an icy road.
