When I checked in, i checked in at 2pm as the room was already available. However the room only had one towel. I didn’t think much of it and let it go. When checking out the staff assumed we took the towel and kept insisting there were two towel. I then told the staff when i checked in the staff was still in midst of preparing the room, not even sure if they double checked everything was ready in the room before they gave me the room but accused the towel was missing when they only gave one in the first place. When i told the staff during check out that situation they called someone else to check if it’s okay to let go. But why do i need to pay for a towel that wasn’t even placed there? Luckily we settled it and didn’t have to pay for the towel. The checking out experience was terrible today for the first time 😭 i have been to this place three times but this experience has really brought it down for me sadly

Okay for the price
Pros:

Pros: not many ppl. Swimming pool was amazing though.

Cons:

No halal food option. But its okay, we drove out to eat. Many eateries nearby.
Room was very dated. They should refurbish it. Fix the bathroom door, clean the windows.
