To be honest very worst experience.
Pros:

Location is good .But amenities are at worst

Cons:

No parking, totally unclean, ambience is poor and very dirty, very bad small all around the hotel. There was cockroach inside the toilet.

Speed up the renovations
Pros:

Mentioning that it is under renovation at the time of booking would have helped. Mr. Mohsin was very courteous and respectful. Other staffs seemed untrained. However there is great potential because the location is convenient for travellers and the new owner seems to have a vision to turn it into a comfortable place for travellers.

Cons:

The rooms were very old, quite dusty, amneties were very old. The lobby desperately needs new furnishings.
