This host deceives people, does not provide what guests paid for, while keeping all the money.
The apartment was nothing like the description: much smaller, poorly maintained, and completely unsafe. Several sockets were broken and exposed, the cooker gave me an electric shock (not severe but painful enough), and the boiler was leaking heavily onto the floor, leaving no hot water at all.

At first, they tried to persuade me to stay in that same dangerous apartment, saying that a refund wasn’t an option. Then they pretended to fix a few things, making only temporary and minor repairs — while completely ignoring the short-circuiting cooker and leaking boiler. They later promised to move me to another flat early in the morning, but when morning came, no one was there. When I messaged them, they asked me to wait another six hours, and then completely stopped responding, leaving me in unsafe conditions.

In the end, I had to leave and pay for another place myself — and I still can’t get my money back.

Of course the manager will response that the accommodation was fine, that I'm making it all up, and they were trying their best to help me. It's for you to decide whether to book it or not. Just, PLEASE, thoroughly check all the negative reviews here and on Google maps before paying them!

They received my suitcase and didn't inform me and I went back airport and the airline staff said that they cargo one day before. I pay for transportation more than 3500 Lira

Great Location in Taksim with a great Owner (Veysi)
Pros:

The suit was Just a few minutes from Taksim square and in a very nice location. It had a private parking area which was very nice.Veysi the owner helped us alot.

Un apartament draguț
Pros:

Apartamentul este localizat intr-o zona buna, aproape de mijloace de transport in comun. Ne-au oferit parcare gratuita subteran in apropiere. Gazdele au fost foarte amabile si ne-au așteptat deși am depășit ora de check-in.

Cons:

Nu au fost aspecte neplăcute.

Просторный двухкомнатный номер, всё чисто и аккуратно. Приветливый персонал, все время предлагали чай, воду, кофе. В номере небольшая кухня, есть всё необходимое. Очень удобное расположение возле улицы Истикляль со знаменитым трамвайчиком. Недалеко Галата Тауэр, за ней пристань где можно купить круиз по Босфору) минут за 40 пешком дотопали до гранд базара. Есть бесплатная парковка в паркинге прямо напротив отеля, только нужно заранее предупредить хозяев.

Cons:

Единственный минус крутая винтовая лестница, жили на 4 этаже. И время выезда указано с 11.00 до 00.00, а по факту выселяют в 11.
