Great and safe stay
Pros:

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel in Istanbul with my wife and our infants. Traveling with young children can be challenging, but the staff made our experience incredibly smooth and stress-free.

From the moment we arrived, they were kind, patient, and extremely helpful. They went out of their way to accommodate our needs as a family, always ready to assist with anything we asked for. Their support and sense of responsibility really stood out — every request was handled quickly and with genuine care.

It meant a lot to us to feel so welcomed and supported while traveling with our little ones. The atmosphere was warm and comfortable, making it easy for us to relax and enjoy our stay.

I would highly recommend this hotel, especially for families. We’re very grateful for the hospitality and would gladly stay here again.

Prima, mooie locatie en schone accommodatie

Locatie is top, binnen 10 minuten wandel je naar de haven van Karakoy of naar de Galata toren.
Sleuteloverdracht en contact met de aardige beheerder loopt zeer vlot via whatsapp en de winkel onder het appartement.

Cons:

Voor ons geen probleem maar de trappen in het traphuis van de appartementen zonder Bosporus-view vragen een zekere maten van fitheid. iets waar je rekening mee moet houden als je minder ter been bent

J’ai particulièrement apprécié la disponibilité et la gentillesse des hôtes, toujours à l’écoute et très serviables. Ils nous ont rendu un grand service en nous envoyant un badge oublié dans la chambre.
J’ai aimé le cadre paisible, la décoration soignée de la chambre.
La situation géographique est idéale: bien située et proche des commodités.
