Didn’t allow us to check in as we have booked from booking app and direct entries were allowed.

Instead they have allowed people to check in with direct bookings.

No hot water in bathrooms in the rooms wheree we stayed. The sent some staff to check and later provided hot water in buckets. The bed linens were old and dirty. Asked for replacement and they provided clean ones.
