Disappointed and probably won’t stay here again

The bed was comfortable and the staff was nice

Cons:

Our room smelled terribly of cigarettes and the AC wasn’t working well. When we mentioned it at check out they offered a 20% discount off the cost.

The location was great, could walk to coffee shops and more

Cons:

When we arrived, the bed had no sheets. They were crumpled up in a chair so I’m not even sure if they were clean. The front desk seemed chaotic, there was also a washer leak going on at the same time so that was concerning. She said she had only a connecting room available and only booked it for a night when we had requested two. I asked her if it was at least cleaned and she said “maybe?” We also had booked the king bed and the room she had had two queen beds. The connecting room we had had loud and disorderly guests, didn’t sleep till midnight. Not their fault, since they didn’t ask to connect a room I guess. Our key also stopped working since she had only booked us a night, had to get another one at the front desk. The front desk apologized for our stay and said “it was kind of their fault” loved the location but not sure we’ll be staying here again.

Very comfortable and would start again. Great room for the price

The front desk lady Jena was so friendly. Talked with us like she had known us forever!

I loved our stay. The location was two blocks from SCAD and we walked to breakfast in the historic

The room was clean, quite large, it smelled good, the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable and I slept like a baby. It was also very quiet.

Cons:

There was a bright light outside our window and the black out shade didn’t cover the right side of the window where the heater was.

Pros:

Location, coffee, internet.

Cons:

Not clean. Value was not there.
But most importantly. We left behind (forgot) piece of clothing..white skirt.It was important. My wife and I called the same evening to see if we can receive it by post or even drive back to get it. It was"never found"...the staff never found it. We even drove back to Savannah 2 days later and spoke in person to the front desk....no, never found it.
Not sure were to to take this experience.

My stay was good overall.
Pros:

Location of hotel is nice. Everything is walking distance. The tub in my room would not drain after taking my first shower, but the staff were quick about getting it fixed.

Cons:

Mattress in room had yellow stains. Sheets also had stains on them. They also didn't serve breakfast. Also be prepared to pay for parking.

Very nice and staff was very helpful.
Pros:

Value and service were very good.

Cons:

When we arrived in the later afternoon, and went to our room, we were surprised that the hallways were still left quite dirty. Staff was cleaning rooms but the hallway floors were a mess. Also surprising that the snack bar charged for items in the snack room
