El dispositivo electronico (llave electrónica) por momentos no funcionaba o no trababa bien. A veces en la cápsula hacía bastante calor aún con el ventiladorcito.

Que cobrarán con las toallas, que en la recepción a x hora sea tan difícil de hacer el check-in y no haya clima una vez se fuera la recepcionista

This is not a true capsule hotel. Simply adding doors to the beds in a regular dormitory does not create the capsule hotel experience. We have stayed in genuine capsule hotels in Japan and Rotterdam, and this is nothing like them.

Unfortunately, the stay was also very disappointing. The dorm was extremely noisy, with guests talking loudly until around 3 a.m., making it difficult to sleep. On top of that, there was a strong unpleasant smell throughout the dorm.

We were supposed to stay for two nights, but we couldn’t handle it and ended up leaving after the first night.

The first thing that surprised us was that we had to pay to store our luggage before check-in. I’ve stayed in plenty of hostels and hotels and this was the first time I’ve experienced that, they also just kept our stuff in the storage room. Not a locker or anything which might have justified the price.

The capsules are all in one huge room with I would say 50 people so there’s always someone coming in or out. It makes it very difficult to get a good night’s sleep.

The capsule itself felt very claustrophobic you will feel like you’re in a coffin. It gets hot inside and while there’s a small fan, it doesn’t really help it just makes a lot of noise. The capsule door is also very heavy and difficult to lock and unlock so you often see people having to call the people at the reception to help them (they are very welcoming and willing to help tho)
The storage under the capsule for your luggage is very small for 2 people. We had 1 carry on and 2 backpacks and we were struggling with the space.

The bathrooms were probably our biggest issue. They didn’t feel very clean and were always crowded. The showers are poorly designed, there are no hooks or shelves for your clothes or towel, they’re dark and there’s nowhere to dry yourself before stepping out, so you end up getting dressed outside the shower with no privacy at all. There was another toilet available it didn’t even have a lock.

I’ve stayed in many hostels, including other capsule hostels, and this one really needs to pay more attention to the basics. Good hostels usually think about the small details that make sharing a space with strangers more comfortable (basic things like showe hooks) and unfortunately those details were missing here.

The location is good, but unfortunately it wasn’t enough to make up for the experience.
