Sí, estuvo bien.
Se encuentra en muy buena ubicación.
No hubo luz un buen lapso de tiempo.
It had private parking included. They give you a good amount of blankets to keep up with the cold. The staff was kind.
The bed for the double room is a bit narrow for two people. There was a lot of noise during the night because it appears to be a main road at the back of the hotel.
clean room, close to one of the bus stations and car rental, relatively close to local restaurants with breakfast
all was ok
Price. Location.
Make sure you will get a room with a proper window.
The room was much better outfitted than I expected. It had excellent wall hung LG Smart TV that was relatively easy to use. The room was well insulated, so in spite of a relative cold night, it had a comfortable temperature. The bed was comfortable. It had a water dispenser that dispensed both hot and cold water. And you could make complimentary instant coffee. In addition to a bar of soap and packet of shampoo, I received a roll of toilet paper.
When I first got into the hotel in to check-in, just after 3 PM, which was the stated check-in time at booking.com, there was nobody at the front desk. There was somebody who looked like a teenager watching a TV laying on a couch. So, I did decided to wait the receptionist out. I waited for more than 45 minute for somebody to come but nobody. So I asked the guying laying on a couch watching TV, if he himself was waiting to get checked-in. It turns out he was someone who worked at the hotel. The lack of proactivity of his part in asking me if I needed help left a lot to be desired.
Also, the receptionist that came explained to me that you could actually check-in after 1 PM, which means the booking.com information is wrong. I said to him, that the hotel should request that the latter change it and he went about making excuses. I decide not to go into argume
The other major issue I found is that the noise in the lobby area, especially the loud TV, could be easily heard on my room as well as any loud conversation anyone in that area was having, since my room was very close to the lobby. The sound probably got through easily through the window of the room facing the lobby. They finally either turned off or lowered the volume of the TV at 10 PM. This also impacted me latter after the electricity went down around midnight. Guests arriving after that, couldn't ring the doorbell because of that, so that to bang the metal door that's in the entrance to the hotel. It turns out that you need to climb a stairwell to the lobby. I heard that banging at least until sometime after 2 am.
