Our favourite hotel in all of Albania!
Pros:

Our favourite hotel in Albania! (And we stayed in six different places across the country during our visit). The family owners are just so gorgeous and you really get a feel for how much effort and care they have put into this property. They communicated really well about getting to the location as the map can take you the wrong way but the lady FaceTimed me to direct us and it was perfect and stress free. Her son then greeted us and helped us to the hotel - he was so sweet! The room was simply perfect, really well designed and furnished and clean. Their daughter took our payment and spoke really good English and was able to translate for my partner so he could speak to who I’m presuming was her dad about England.

Cons:

It was perfect! Would have loved to have had a breakfast on the terrace in the morning as it was a gorgeous spot.

Don’t miss this place! It was the best!
Pros:

The DAM Hotel was amazing! Beautifully decorated and it was obvious they pay attention to every detail. Arsen went above and beyond with our family of 5. We had booked the family suite (Our teens thought it was so cool!) and we had ample space. The beds are super comfy and we slept like a dream. Coffee on the balcony in the morning and the close proximity to the bazaar and castle were a win! Don’t pass this place up! We usually stay in Airbnb’s because it is easier with a family of 5 however, this was no doubt our favorite place we have ever stayed. Thank you Arsen! You made our stay in Gjirokaster very memorable!

A beautiful place to stay!
Pros:

Beautiful views from the balcony and bedrooms, perching just under the castle walls, with an easy 5 min walk into the old town with restaurants etc. We travelled in winter and the hotel provided lovely umbrellas and the car parking spot is not too far away either. The hotel was very cosy.

The hosts were so so so welcoming and friendly! The views from the room were incredible! The location, the assistance, the comfort, cleanliness everything was just top notch! This was hands down my favorite stay in the whole of albania ❤️

très joli hotel typique en pierre de la région parking reservé et gratuit

Cons:

il n'y a pas de petit déjeuner quand a la chambre que nous avons eu un peu déçu car nous n'avions pas de vue les fenêtres donnaient sur un mur une sensation d'être au sous sol dommage car l'endroit est absolument magnifique

Would definitely recommend and would love to return one day, so welcoming, stylish and peaceful.
Pros:

Stylish, extremely well finished, peaceful, clean and welcoming. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Lovely to meet the owners who were also welcoming and couldn’t do enough to make sure we were comfortable and happy.

Cons:

We liked everything but parking is more limited than we realised from the description. We did manage to get one of the two spaces and consider ourselves lucky. However, there is parking a little walk away in the centre.

Pros:

Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ όμορφο με ωραία διαρρύθμιση και διακόσμηση, πολύ καθαρό και με εντυπωσιακή θέα. Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε ήσυχο σημείο και με 5 λεπτά περίπατο σε ειδυλλιακό πλακόστρωτο δρομάκι παράλληλα του κάστρου βρίσκεστε στο κέντρο με τα μαγαζιά. 
Οι ιδιοκτήτες ήταν πολύ ευγενικοί και πρόθυμοι να βοηθήσουν. Οι συμβουλές και οι συστάσεις τους μας φάνηκαν χρήσιμες. 
Φαίνεται ότι οι άνθρωποι έχουν μεράκι και ενδιαφέρον για αυτό που θέλουν να προσφέρουν. 
Είναι ανεπιφύλακτα μια πολύ καλή επιλογή!
