An ideal hotel as a base for exploring Freiburg and the wider region.
Pros:

Located in the heart of the down and 10 minute walk to train and bus station with links to Basel euro airport, and on the doorstep of all major tram journeys. The hotel is marketed as a modern boutique hotel built on 5 floors with lift access, my room was spotlessly clean decorated to a high standard with a fantastic shower room also spotlessly clean. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. It is an ideal hotel to be your base for exploring Freiburg and the wider region including Switzerland and France.

Cons:

My ONLY criticism was no tea or coffee making facility in my bedroom.

Pros:

This was a perfect stay from start to finish. Location was excellent. Room was spacious, clean and the bed so comfortable. The breakfast was exceptional. Staff were welcoming and informative. Highly recommended

Perhaps the inclusion of some toiletries would have made this a 10

Posizione eccellente e molto comoda, con parcheggio disponibile.
Unica nota negativa: il parcheggio viene addebitato a tariffa intera anche per le moto.

Cons:

Nel complesso, la struttura gode di un’ottima posizione, ma purtroppo non rispecchia pienamente le aspettative che ci si aspetterebbe da un hotel a 4 stelle, soprattutto considerando il prezzo pagato.

Very comfortable room in a very good central location. Rooms were quiet and clean. Staff, especially in the bar, were friendly, polite and efficient.

Cons:

Few facilities in the room although you could request them. Is ok just a bit less convenient.

Mooi hotel op een toplocatie
Pros:

Mooi schoon hotel midden in de stad. De Parker was om de hoek en had een directe ingang naar het hotel. Deze locatie was alleen daarom al geweldig. Wij hadden temperaturen boven en rond de 30 graden en dan is de airco op de kamer superfijn.

Cons:

Alle voordeuren van de kamers vielen met een klap dicht waardoor alles in de slaapkamer even trilde. Dit was minder prettig maar op zich viel de overlast hiervan mee. Je schrikt er wel van.

Pros:

Tolle Lage, gutes Frühstückk

Cons:

Beim Personal an der Rezeption war ich mir nicht sicher, ob ich rein sprachlich verstanden wurde.
Hotel ist aus der Fußgängerzone frei zugänglich ohne Kontrolle, ebenso der Lift.
Rauchen auf dem Nachbarbalkon hat gestört.
