We hebben de receptionist rijdend een uur aan de lijn gehad die ons van het kastje naar de muur had gestuurd (niet fijn voor zowel benzine en telefoonkosten) omdat hij ons naar de parkeergarage van het hotel zou leiden. Dit heeft na veel verkeerde aanwijzingen en oponthoud om en nabij een uur geduurd terwijl de garage uiteindelijk om de hoek van het hotel zat. Wij hadden het prettig gevonden als hij ons dit van tevoren had verteld. Op het feit na dat er geen koelkast aanwezig was een prima kamer.

Das Hotel selber liegt an einer perfekten Lage.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut mit einer recht grossen Auswahl. Es wurde auch immer alles sofort wieder aufgefüllt und wenn nötig gereinigt.
Das Frühstücks-Personal und das Personal an der Rezeption waren sehr nett.

Cons:

Der Zimmerservice könnte besser sein. Einmal wurde unserer Zimmer gar nicht gereinigt - vergessen?? An einem weiteren Tag, dann erst gegen Abend gereinigt, nach mehrmaligem Melden an der Rezeption und die Zimmerböden waren schmutzig. Der Balkon, der leider keinen Ausblick bot, war von den Tauben verschmutzt.
