Cons:

As fotos no booking não condizem com a realidade dos quartos e da fachada do hotel, parecia um filme de terror, hotel sujo e abandonado, quartos com mau cheiro, aspecto de velho e mofado, acomodações péssimas e quando solicitado atendimento fomos maltratados pelo atendente, houve bate boca e o atendente foi extremamente mal educado com nosso grupo, saímos do hotel em menos de 20 minutos após fazer checkin e tentaram nos cobrar a estadia completa para que pudéssemos sair.
Não pagamos e tivemos que procurar outro hotel, tivemos grandes prejuízos na viagem, agora que chegamos ao Brasil, estamos recebendo tentativas de cobrança no cartão de crédito.

I like it was close to all the areas we went to visit. Price was decent close to six flags Perisur

Not much really. building has potential it’s just not well taken care of it feels old and dirty. No air conditioning in rooms no air extractor after a 10 min shower there will be condensation all over the room as well as humidity. Just imagine 3 people taking showers in the morning by the time you leave the room you will be humid and sweating. Towels had holes were stained and old. Blankets felt hard thin. pillows are not any better just a bag with some filling that’s it. The rooms we stayed were very loud doors are paper thin. Traffic noise is insufferable24/7. For some reason restrooms doors are glass see through if you share the room with family members prepare for them to see you using the toilet and showering, lobby restaurant is expensive for eggs and box juice. I consider this hotel a love hotel I notice couples coming in and out. NOT A FAMILY HOTEL ! !

Fatal experiencia, son unos embusteros

Me disgustó tremendamente. No ofrece lo que promueven. No proporcionan el desayuno incluido y después de 6 semanas no nos han emitido las facturas correspondientes por tres habitaciones ya que fuimos en plan de trabajo.

Cons:

La omisión a lo ofrecido y la poca seriedad en cuestiones administrativas y financieras, porque sí cobran impuestos pero evaden declarar sus ingresos ante hacienda.
