Excellent location, clean and modern room, and no issue with the busy bar downstairs. I was worried about the place given the Google reviews, but the room was very well insulated at the windows and I really couldn't hear any noise from the bar down stairs (first floor). Very easy entry system with the keypad.

Amazing location and great amenities! Easy online check-in and check out process. Everything was clean and I really appreciated the free coffee & cookies.
Given that it is in the city centre you can hear the bars below and around the accommodation. It didn't bother me and I actually enjoyed being in the middle of the lively city but if you are a light sleeper you definitely need earplugs (which the accommodation provides).
Location was excellent - absolutely perfect for my needs. Comfortable, clean, air conditioning, easy to check in and access. What more could I need?! Lovely balcony for a morning coffee with gorgeous view of the sunset. There were ear buds provided as there is a bar directly opposite but I didn’t find it too noisy at all (on 3rd floor)
Everything. It was so clean. In a very, very good location. (You can go to sao bento station by foot with one big suitcase and 3 bags, i did it!). So stylish. And very comfortable
The noise outside. On the first night there were no noises so i was like “cool i did not have a room like the people complaining in the comments”. And on the second night it was a little bit loud . But the last night???? Very hard to sleep.

Bardzo głośno. Na dole bar, w który co wieczór dużo osób, impreza, pomimo że okna do pokoju dźwiękoszczelne i hotel zapewnia zatyczki do uszu to dla osób wrażliwych i mających kłopoty z zaśnięciem - katastrofa. To jedyny minus hotelu, poza tym wszystko super.
