Pohodlný moderni hotel s výhledy v blizkosti restaurací a rýžových polí, s balkonem a bazénem, se snídaněmi, které byly dostačující.
The staff was really helpful and understanding, trying to help where they could. Asked for feedback back at the end of our stay and really wanted to do something with our feedback.

Le manque d’accueil, facturation totale de la chambre en arrivant +7% de frais de carte de crédit, beaucoup trop de bruit de la rue, la salle de toilette dangereusement glissante avec la douche qui arrose toute la salle de toilettes , miniature piscine avec algues vertes sur les parois et pratiquement pas de place pour s’asseoir et pas de serviette pour piscine et impossible d’avoir des serviettes supplémentaires et avec seulement 2 chaises droites de cuisine. En 3 nuitées nous n’avons eu aucun nettoyage de la chambre, on a dû courir pour avoir serviettes et papier de toilette. Nous avons réduit notre séjour d’un nuit tellement c’était ridicule. On pourrait continuer avec les verres sales, miroirs sales, ustensiles, mégots de cigarettes autour de la piscine…

We booked this last minute room after a bit of a disaster with our previous home stay in Sapa.
We had a wonderful stay here, extremely comfortable, large bed, very clean and spacious room, lovely bathroom. Have nothing but good things to say about the room. They also offer a really affordable laundry service and our clothes came back extremely clean, and we had 5kg of washing after the Ha Giang loop!
It’s about 6k out from the centre of Sapa, keep in mind for getting taxis in and out. Taxi was 200k in and out each time which we didn’t mind as there are several lovely cafes and restaurants really near the hotel so we didn’t need to go in every day.
The pool is much smaller than we thought, however was still nice to relax in.
The room was spacious for the price I paid, didn’t expect. It was clean and cleaned everyday. The care taker is nice and friendly. I love everything. I would stay here again if I come back to Sa Pa.
Lovely property, our room was comfortable and a great size. Bathroom was nice too, enclosed shower and hot water. Staff were lovely. We arrived late and they made sure all check in instructions were clear and easy to follow.
Excellent reception service, very responsive and communicative. Provided a very useful list of places to eat and visit. Rooms very clean and well equipped. Very much enjoyed our stay.
The highlight of the property will have to be the staff. Rooms are comfortable and clean, with great ammenities.
Everything was almost too perfect. What I liked the most, however, was the staff. I really can’t emphasize enough how attentive and wonderful they are. From the warm welcome to bringing our luggage to the room, they made us feel very comfortable from the beginning.
The staff were excellent, so very helpful and accommodating. When we were feeling a bit sick they made us some ginger tea and honey. The bed was comfortable and shower was always hot with good pressure.
We really appreciated the helpful and friendly attitude of the staff throughout our stay — they were always polite and ready to assist with anything we needed. Room was clean and very comfortable.

The room was lovely, the building is currently under construction although this did not impact on the our stay.
The hotel was a bit further out from Sapa than I had realised, but the village was lovely and locals very friendly.
The team are very helpful and They are quite given us other options that we could go to and see with our four day stay in Sapa.
