No me gustaron muchas cosas. La primera, nada más llegar nos ofrecieron una habitación superior, no la queríamos pero el recepcionista insistió en que era mucho mejor y menos ruidosa que la que habiamos reservado y por ahí nos convenció. Fue muy raro que al llegar la puerta estuviera abierta, por la mañana lo entendimos, la habitación tiene mucha humedad y de esa manera estaba ventilada. Habia tanta humedad que las sabanas parecían estar mojadas por la mañana. El agua de la ducha sale fria o ardiendo. Toda la noche una maquina estuvo haciendo ruido por una obra. Y finalmente, ni siquiera desayunamos porque cuando bajamos el chico del restaurante nos dijo que ya era tarde, 9.30 y supuestamente era hasta las 10. Así que de las 2 noches que habia reservado nos quedamos solo 1. Experiencia pésima.
I had a great stay at this property. They were kind enough to offer me early check-in, which I really appreciated. The hotel is very clean and well-maintained, making the stay comfortable and relaxing. The staff were all very friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my visit. Overall, a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend this place.
The staff were absolutely exceptional - so friendly and helpful, making our stay terrifically worthwhile. One staff member spent much time with us detailing places to go and sights to see, which made our time in Sapa enjoyable. The room was also spotless, well-equipped, and cozy.
I liked the relaxed vibe of the place and the excellent staff who helped me throughout my stay and were happy to answer any questions I had. The accommodation itself was clean, spacious. Staying here again when I'm back in Sapa.

The staff is amazing. Rooms are clean. WiFi and TV are very good. Awesome breakfast. And it is quiet with comfortable beds.

The room was wonderfull! All was Tidy and comfortable. For breakfast was delicious. The view from the window is beautiful it’s nice to sit and enjoy it, especially in the morning with a cup of coffee.
We also had a very good view, super sweet hotel, nice room and super comfortable bed. The staff was smiling and helpfull. Sorry we could spend only 1 night…
