Pros:

Приветливый персонал, больше ничего.

Cons:

Местоположение. Это деревня, в получасе езды от города. Мало точек питания. Очень далеко от города и от всех дрстопримечательностей, такси стоит 230000-250000 донгов в один конец, очень-очень скудные завтраки. На второй день переехали в отель в центр города. Деньги вернуть не удалось, но мы в любом случае, сэкономили на такси столько же, сколько вышел новый номер в центре Сапы. Перед бронированием внимательно смотрите карту с расположением. Если вам нужна деревня для уединения, может вам это и подойдет. Картинка с номером на фото слишком красивая, реальность номера и расположения абсолютно не та. Вечером в деревне темно, сходить некуда, доставка с едой ехать сюда не хочет, так как очень далеко. Мы читали 970 отзывов, все писали великолепно.

Beware of inflated pictures. Overall comfortable stay but nothing special like the pictures.
Pros:

We stayed here after a 7 day Ha Giang loop tour and had splurged on something that seemed luxurious to be able to relax. Although our stay was pleasant, it was definitely not near the standard of the pictures that were posted. It felt very underwhelming and a bit falsely advertised. The positives: The bedroom was spacious for Vietnam and the bed was fairly comfortable (not overly, but better than others) We appreciated how quiet it was and the views you could see from the breakfast room and pool area were beautiful.

Cons:

The negatives: Our room did not look as nice and the facilities definitely did not seem to appear as the pictures. It seems they have two buildings for the hotel. One is an older building and the other is currently being built with what seemed nicer, brand new rooms. We stayed in the older building and wished we had known how fake the pictures really were. Our bathroom was older than advertised and often had a strong sewage smell, so we had to keep the door closed when not using it. We paid extra for a mountain view, which turned out to be facing the street with a small mountain behind it (again not as the pictures) Breakfast was mediocre, not many options and pretty tasteless. The location is about 25-30 minute drive to the city, which was farther than we had previously read. It is great to be away from the business of the city, but be prepared too drive farther than expected to reach it. There are also women who wait outside the hotel each morning to try and have you purchase their goods. Very persistent and annoying.

Staff were all very welcoming and helpful. I was very impressed with all of them for being so positive and capable. Room was good value for money. Bed was comfy. Good water pressure and temperature.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Despite being advertised as a new property, it is clearly not ready to host guests. The hotel appears unfinished, with several areas still under construction or lacking proper maintenance.

The most concerning issue was the cleanliness. The room was dirty upon arrival, and there was visible mold in multiple areas, including the walls and bathroom. The smell was overwhelming - a strong, musty odor of mold that made it very uncomfortable to stay in the room for any extended period.

Because of the mold and damp conditions, even the bed sheets felt wet and uncomfortable, which made it difficult to rest at all.

The toilet is int the shower, and the sink is int bedroom, some places already have rust.

If you pay in the property by card they add an extra 11% fee.

It is unacceptable for a hotel, especially a newly opened one, to have such serious hygiene and safety issues. Mold is not just unpleasant—it can pose health risks. I have attached photos to show the condition of the room, as it speaks for itself.

I would strongly advise others to avoid staying here until the hotel is fully completed and proper cleaning and maintenance standards are in place.

A welcoming, comfortable hotel but in a tricky location.
Pros:

The manager was v kind and welcoming.We booked the special room with bathtub and it was large and comfortable and the bath was lovely with lots of hot water. The views were quite good though not a patch on the pictures. Some of that was cos it was misty tbf but also there are a lot of ramshackle buildings in the foreground. To be expected but still a shame.

Cons:

It is a 200k dong taxi ride out of Sapa so be sure you are happy about that. We met friends who were staying in town so it was a problem for us but treks are available out there so if you’re happy to be rural it should be fine. The other problem though is that there aren’t many nice places to eat in Ta Van so evenings are an issue. There is nothing at the hotel and their breakfast is buffet and not great. Local restaurants are ok but a bit pricey for what they’re offering. The pool is small and shallow and v cold. Lovely for a dip in if it’s hot but not good to actually swim. The management are clearly working hard to make this nice but the location isn’t perfect compared to others around.
