Una experiencia pésima. No volveríamos ni lo recomendaríamos jamás.
Nuestra experiencia en este hotel fue absolutamente desastrosa desde el principio. El día anterior estuvimos escribiéndoles durante todo el día y no respondían a nuestros mensajes. La comunicación fue pésima y empezamos a tener claro que algo no iba bien incluso antes de llegar.
Al llegar, nos encontramos con Alex, el recepcionista, que nos trató fatal desde el primer momento y llegó incluso a reírse en nuestra cara. El trato fue pésimo en todo momento. Además, cuando llegamos, nos lo encontramos durmiendo en un sofá, algo que nos pareció completamente impropio de alguien que está atendiendo a huéspedes.
También tuvimos problemas con el check-in: nos querían cobrar un suplemento por hacerlo antes, por el desayuno (que ya estaba incluido) y posteriormente nos querían obligar a pagar en efectivo, a pesar de que no era obligatorio. Si queríamos pagar con tarjeta, pretendían cobrarnos un 15 % adicional en concepto de tasas. Una situación totalmente inaceptable y que, como mínimo, debería estar claramente informada antes de llegar.
Por si fuera poco, las fotos que aparecen en Booking no se corresponden con la realidad del alojamiento. La diferencia entre lo que se anuncia y lo que encontramos fue evidente y nos sentimos completamente engañadas.
La situación llegó a tal punto que nos fuimos esa misma tarde, porque no estábamos dispuestos a pasar allí ni una noche. Y después de marcharnos ocurrió algo todavía más surrealista: el propio hotel nos escribió para pedirnos disculpas y pedirnos que no dejáramos una mala reseña. Incluso previamente, nos ofrecieron bajar el precio a cambio de que dejáramos una buena valoración. Les dije que ni en sueños y que no iban a engañar a más gente de esa manera.
Todo esto nos hace pensar que quizá no somos los únicos huéspedes que han tenido una experiencia similar y que intentan solucionar las malas experiencias pidiendo que no se hagan públicas.

We got the mountain view room and it was worth it! Beautiful views of the mountain. The hotel is in Ta Van, 30 min from Sapa, so it is way quieter.

La struttura non è in centro a sapa ma a 10/15 minuti di macchina in un piccolo villaggio vicino meno turistico, la zona è molto carina e Alex è stato molto carino con noi, ci ha consigliato dove andare e cosa anche con il brutto tempo, ed è riuscito ad anticiparci il check in di un oretta
le foto non rispecchiano la stanza, la stanza è un po’ datata e la pulizia da migliorare
La atención de Álex como el resto del equipo ha sido espectacular. La limpieza de la habitación, sus vistas, la cama muy cómoda y el desayuno. Calidad precio muy bien . Le ponemos un 10
