The hotel, while nestled away from the bustling town center, offers unparalleled tranquility; our room was beautifully decorated, warm, and spotlessly clean; sitting on the expansive balcony, watching the golden terraces unfold during summer, felt truly ethereal; a remarkable stay, highly recommended.
We arrived in Sapa after a long, exhausting sleeper bus journey at 6 AM, frozen and completely drained. We honestly didn't expect much, but walking into Boutique En Hotel changed everything. The 24/7 front desk team immediately greeted us with warm smiles, took care of our heavy luggage, and miraculously let us check in early as soon as a clean room was available.
Stepping onto our private balcony for the first time felt magical-the whole valley and lush rice terraces stretched out right before our eyes in complete stillness. My wife spent hours just sipping tea and taking in the tranquil atmosphere. Later, soaking in the glass-walled bathtub with that panoramic view after a long trek was the exact therapy we needed. What made it even better? The price was significantly lower than most hotels downtown, yet the service and experience were genuinely priceless. We came in exhausted and left completely recharged.
Nice facility, a little bit away from the town but we rented a bike from the En Hotel. Plus, it was a nice spot to explore outside the actual town. The hotel was near all the lovely restaurants. The overall village where En Hotel was situated have lovely people!
Breakfast is also good. Again, im not picky 🙈 they have a swimming pool overlooking the rice fields!

omg line up ppl!! dis hotel is literally top tier fr 😭 view is 10/10 n ngl sitting on dat balcony looking at d golden rice fields in summer had me stress free. staff treat u like family n prices r super cheap compared to center town. ngl 100/10 vibe!!

Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room was untidy, the towels had an unpleasant smell, and the toilet was dirty and poorly maintained.
What concerned us even more was the way our booking was handled. After we had already checked in and paid for the rooms, the hotel attempted to have us cancel the booking. They even had misleadibg photos in the websites. This was unacceptable.
We were also required to pay upfront before being taken to our room, which we found unusual and alarming, particularly given what happened afterwards.
We had booked two rooms expecting them to be close to each other, but the hotel placed the rooms in two completely different buildings without properly accommodating our request. This was particularly disappointing and unacceptable as we were travelling together.
Because of the moldy smell we had to checkout next day even though we booked and paid for two nights. Even then, the hotel failed to compensate or refund in any way.
Overall, the cleanliness, room arrangements, payment process, and handling of our booking fell far below what we expected. The experience caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience during our trip to Sapa.
I would not recommend this hotel based on our experience. Travellers should carefully check the recent reviews and clarify the exact room, building, payment, and cancellation conditions before booking.
I accidentally left my handbag in the shuttle taxi when arriving late at night. Panicked, I rushed to the front desk. The receptionist was amazingly calm and professional-she tracked down the driver within 10 minutes and retrieved my bag untouched! Aside from the hero staff, the hotel itself is stunning, featuring a swimming pool with unbelievable mountain views. True lifesavers!
We had a really good stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bed was very comfy, which made our stay even more relaxing. If you want a relaxing place with a mountain view u must visit here. ❤️❤️❤️
The infinity pool view is insanely gorgeous, you’re literally swimming right in front of majestic natural mountains! Staff are super friendly, always smiling and ready to help! And the price?! A TOTAL STEAL for this high quality! WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK SOON!

Mình rất hài lòng với trải nghiệm lưu trú tại đây. Phòng sạch sẽ, gọn gàng, đầy đủ tiện nghi và đúng như mô tả. Không gian yên tĩnh, thoải mái, vị trí thuận tiện cho việc đi lại. Đặc biệt, nhân viên rất thân thiện, nhiệt tình và hỗ trợ nhanh chóng khi cần.
