Pros:

The property is in the good location where we can see terrace fields.

Cons:

Poor breakfast. They should provide proper meals each day instead of low quality of buffet breakfast. Poor room services. Toilet does not smell nice. Should not have guest rooms in the first floor with open window bathtub.

Personal amabil si prietenos. Ne-a ajutat cu o suma de bani imprumut.

Terase in apropiere, dar majoritatea se inchid devreme.

Cons:

- Camera arata ca in poze, insa pozitionata pe alta parte, deci alt view fata de cel la care ma asteptam. Nu mi-a placut faptul ca ma asteptam la ce am vazut in poze, dar nu a influentat nota, pentru ca view-ul a fost frumos oricum! Atasez poze.
- Hotelul este curat, dar nimeni nu a facut curat in camera noastra in niciuna din zile. Nu ne deranjeaza neaparat, dar vazand personalul de la curatenie in fiecare zi pe hol, ne-am gandit ca asta ar fi trebuit sa faca.
- Piscina cu view superb, dar apa foarte rece, nu am stiut ca se poate incalzi. Nu exista sezlonguri, doar 2 scaune pe margine. Nici nu exista spatiu pentru altceva decat scaunele acestea.
- Nu exista mijloc de transport in afara de taxi/ scooter.

Géniale ! Excellent voyage à sapa !!!
Pros:

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cet hôtel ! Honnêtement, après avoir lu certains commentaires négatifs, nous avions quelques appréhensions avant notre arrivée… mais la réalité a été une très belle surprise. Certes, comme souvent, les photos sont légèrement retouchées et prises en grand angle, mais notre chambre correspondait à environ 90 % à ce que nous avions vu en ligne.

La propreté était irréprochable et le personnel absolument adorable. Mention spéciale au réceptionniste, toujours disponible et très professionnel : il nous a aidés à organiser des excursions vraiment géniales, à des prix raisonnables, que nous recommandons vivement de réserver directement à l’hôtel. Malgré un malentendu sur notre jour de départ qui nous a fait manquer une excursion, il a fait son maximum pour nous aider et nous avons pu récupérer 50 % du montant, un geste que nous avons énormément apprécié.

L’hôtel n’est pas en plein centre-ville, mais cela ne nous a pas dérangés puisque nous avons surtout profité des excursions. De plus, un excellent spa, Dao Red, se trouve à proximité pour des bains médicinaux exceptionnels. Nous recommandons sans hésiter cet établissement !

Achtung Betrug !

Schlimmste Erfahrung in meinem Leben..
Leider war das Hotel ganz anders als beschrieben, die fotos und Beschreibung ist anders. Es gibt kein Fitness oder eine richtige wellnessanlage.
Die Zimmer und Badezimmer sehen leider ganz anders aus. Außerdem war es dreckig. Auf Nachfrage, hieß es, erst am nächsten Tag können die vielen Mängel behoben werden.
Am Pool waren mehrere 1,5 m tiefe Löcher. Sowie Essensreste und viel Laub und dreck im Wasser. Die beschriebenen Liegestühle, waren Metallstühle und kaum möglich länger als 1 Minute darauf zu verbringen.
Bei Stornierung hieß es, da aktuell ein Feiertag wäre, würde ich mein Geld nicht zurück bekommen.
Nun habe ich lange diskutiert, auch bei Booking storniert, diese gaben an, eine 100% Rückerstattung wird von der Unterkunft ausgezahlt. Diese zahlten allerdings nur 50% zurück.
Auf Nachfragen und sprechen mit dem Angestellten, hieß es dies wäre nicht das erste Mal. Immer wieder telefonierte er mit dem Besitzer der in Hanoi lebt.

Auch andere Urlauber dort, stimmten mir zu, haben allerdings nicht die Muße dazu sich zu wehren.

Buena atencion del personal del hotel.
Nos rentaron una moto si bien funcionaba bien, los cascos no son los mejores y la moto se ven “viejas” o muy usadas.

Cons:

El desayuno no es muy bueno, el cafe y el te siempre estaban frios, la leche mas aun.
