Excelente hotel peequeño en Erzurum. Era justo lo que necesitábamos un lugar para dormir y desayunar. El área de estar abajo es linda y tranquila a veces estábamos ahí también. El personal muy amable. Nos hubiera gustado que la terraza estuviera abierta todo el día para subir a leer, pero por lo menos subir a desayunar era muy lindo.

The best thing about this hotel is the reception staff. They were extremely helpful and solved absolutely all my issues. They really went above and beyond, and I am very grateful to them. Thank you Batuhan and Emre! The location is also convenient, close to the bus stop to Palandoken ski resort.
