פער ענקי בין מה שמראים בבוקינג לעומת מה ששמקבלים בפועל , החדר ,המיטה , אין ארון , מקלחת גרועה , נוף...פשוט קיר מעופש מול החלון , בריכה קטנה מלוכלכת, אפילו הכסאות ברופ טופ גועל נפש. הצוות היה אדחב והכיל את התלונה ואף המליץ לנו על מלון אחר שעחה מחיר דומה אבל עשרות מונים טוב יותר

Clean and comfortable
Pros:

Warm and friendly hospitality from the service staff. Rooms were in excellent condition— clean and spacious.
Definitely feel right at home.

Cons:

Breakfast was not as good as cochin zen despite its price point. Wish there were light dimming options too as the room is either too dark or too bright for night time.

חזרנו למלון אחרי ביקור של שבוע בדלתת המקונג (במהלך הנסיעה לדלתה השארנו את המזוודות שם)
כשחזרנו קבלת הפנים היתה מדהימה . דניאל וצוות המלון יצאו מגידרם שנרגיש טוב. החדר שודרג ללא עלות לסוויטה, קיבלנו שובר לבר של המלון והנחה בהזמנת גראב לשדה התעופה.
ארוחת הבוקר היתה מצויינת כמו שאר מתקני המלון (החדרים הבריכה והבר)
והמיקום פשוט מעולה
אין ספק שנשמח לשוב למלון בביקורנו הבא בהו צ׳י מין

Würde wieder kommen.
Pros:

Sehr guter service.

Cons:

Frühstück zu spät da die Touren um 7am anfangen schlage ich vor das frühstück um 6 zu beginnen. Zudem war das Brot des Frühstückes nicht gut. Der fokus lag auf Asiatischem frühstück. Europäer benötigen gutes Brot.
