Pros:

The location was perfect if you’re choosing to explore District 1, centralised for all the main touristy attractions of HCM. The staff were incredible and always interacting with a smile. Amazing service and we felt well taken cared of.

Fabulous staff make this a great stay.
Pros:

The location was great. We walked to the Remnants museum, main market and Independence Palace. The staff were so lovely, friendly and helpful. I would rate them 12 out of 10.
Our bedroom was windowless which was great for our one night stay. The bed was huge and very comfortable. I wouldn’t recommend windowless for more than one night unless you intend to be out all day.
The breakfast buffet was also excellent.

Das war eines der besten Hotels in denen ich jemals war. Das Personal ist so nett und aufmerksam! Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und die Mitarbeiterin hat uns alles zur Stadt erklärt und wertvolle Tipps gegeben. Das Frühstück war der Hammer, man konnte sich noch so viel a la carte dazubestellen. Auch die Lage war super zentral und alles war fußläufig erreichbar. Unser Flug ging relativ spät am Abend, aber wir durften noch die gesamte Poolanlage, mit den Duschen nach dem Check-Out verwenden

Pros:

Excelente hotel , ya sea por su personal ( extremadamente amable y disponible ) como en su ubicacion . Las habitaciones espaciosas y delicadamente decoradas , con camas mullidas y limpias. El baño con una arquitectura deliciosa y piso silencioso . Nos ayudaron con el booking de tours (Mekong y Tuneles de Cu chi) . Como llegabamos cansados de los tours , comiamos en la noche en el restaurante del hotel , con comidas excelentes y bien atendidos , con precios muy razonables ( Gracias Sr Long !). Ademas , no puedo dejar de comentar la amorosa despedida y el souvenir que el personal nos entrego por visitar y disfrutar de su ciudad y hotel.

Hotel Review

Everything was almost too perfect. What I liked the most, however, was the staff. I really can’t emphasize enough how attentive and wonderful they are. From the warm welcome to bringing our luggage to the room, they made us feel very comfortable from the beginning.

They are also very child-friendly and incredibly helpful. Everyone was so kind and friendly. It really makes a huge difference when the staff is this accommodating, and that alone would make me come back again.

Of course, the rooms were very clean. As a family we had a connecting room, which was perfect for us. The interior design also looked very nice and stylish.

The pool was a bit smaller than expected, but still perfectly fine.

Breakfast had a great selection every day and was absolutely delicious.

Overall, it was a wonderful stay, especially because of the exceptional friendliness and attentiveness of the staff.

The room is nice. The staff was nice. The bed was comfy.

Cons:

1. We were put on the 9th floor which is below the bar. There was a party going on in the bar that went on until past midnight. There was no sound proofing so we could hear it all.
2. The breakfast was limited in choice. Western options were stale (ie bread, pastries etc)
3. The bathroom is very narrow

Worth noting that the staff were very pleasant and really tried to make it up to us. None of our issues relate to the staff.

Une belle qualité de service pour cet hôtel extrêmement bien situé près du centre animé. Nous avons pour une chambre avec balcon et vue sur la ville, pas très grande mais très bien agencée.
Le petit-déjeuner est fabuleux
