The rooms are in serious need of an update. The hair dryer my wife used started emitting smoke and burned out. It looked like Temu quality appliance. The wooden fittings etc are very worn down and it feels like a dingy rental that has been rented out too long without being refurbished. Extremely expensive for what it is

The Good
Staff & Amenities: The highlights of the property were the staff—who were consistently helpful and great to deal with—and the lovely lobby and bar area.
Unfortunately, despite the friendly service and nice communal spaces, the severe functional issues in the room mean we won't be returning.
We had high expectations for our stay, making our overall experience deeply disappointing.
The Bad
Room Comfort: The room was uncomfortably overheated with no air conditioning provided, and the beds were very poor quality.
Maintenance & Plumbing Issues: The electrics tripped out during our stay, the sink taps didn't work properly, and there was completely no running water in the shower by the morning.
Billing Error: We were incorrectly charged for two breakfasts we never had (though, to be fair, the staff refunded this promptly once flagged).

The building had wonderful character and the location was excellent for restaurants. Even the hotel restaurant was good..
No air-conditioning our room was very hot and we had to request a fan.

Room was small, bathroom was not clean. Bath was badly stained. Room overall needs updating.
Ordered breakfast to room in morning and cutlery was forgotten, had to wait for cutlery to come.

Es war ziemlich warm im Zimmer und man konnte das Fenster kaum öffnen. Nur einen Spalt weit von ca. 10cm.

Manque un parking, il faut se garer au parking public sous terrain, proche à 200 mètres
