Good location
Shabby hotel for a 4 star. Stained carpets, alo of paint work needed in halkways and bedroom.
Heating on in room. We asked reception 3 seperate times if it could be turned off and eye told 3 times that it would be done. It was not turned off. I couldn't sleep due to suffocating room exec with window open. Very disappointing for what we paid.
Great room, very clean with great facilities. Staff were lovely too, both on reception and at the bar.
We got told two different things (previous night to following morning) about the parking, but this was very minor.

From the moment you enter this lovely hotel the all the staff were so friendly and helpful and had a kind work for everyone, fantastic breakfast and car parking beside hotel.

In the centre of town and close to the railway station but that is not enough.
It is a 4-star hotel (and priced accordingly). I'm not sure how it is 4-star.. Room was tiny, extremely noisy, and the shower was really poor. A single lift that also seemed to be struggling.
A bit of a pain with 1 small lift for staff and people checking in
The staff was amazing, Edmond at the front door gave us some of the best advice for our little 2 day stay. Very helpful with ideas and transportation! His knowledge alone made the stay great!
While the hotel is super cute, the rooms were pretty standard and bland. But they were clean and comfortable and for our couple nights it was sufficient.
